Happy reading!

At exactly 7 O'clock, she woke up to the sound of chirping of birds going back to their homes. The sky was painted reddish orange and the world seemed to be a bit gloomy at this time but the heroine of the story, i.e. Mrs Shehnaaz Sidharth Singhal was too much excited because it was a date night with her very handsome and kabhi khatta kabhi meetha type husband. And her face was glowing with the peace that his arms provided.

She opened her eyes to see her husband sleeping beside her. Sleeping on his stomach with his arm draped loosely around her waist. They were in their room, on their bed. She didn't remember when they came inside. Or he carried her inside.

The last thing she remembered was that they made out on the backseat after the first session on the driving seat. And also cuddled for sometime. Maybe, she fell asleep because she hadn't slept well the last night. But who cares? She's at her home with husband who loves her, cherishes her and most importantly respects her. He respects her boundaries. He knows she doesn't like quirky, voyeurism and he never pushes her.

In the beginning, he was absent for most of the time. She wasn't heartbroken or something. Of course she felt bad but she didn't let it reflect. It's not like she loved him. But his family compensated for his behaviour. They loved her. They made her feel special when he didn't. Her mother-in-law, well just mother now loves her more than her own son.

Like mother, like son. He also loves her more than his own self. There were many instances when he showed her how important she is in his life. Sometimes, he just cares too much. But it's fine because Sana loves his care, she loves his obsessive behaviour like the way he looks at her as if she is the only woman out there. It's the best feeling in the world.

When she looked at his face, instinctively her fingers caressed his lips. Those lips were inviting her for her kiss. And she complied. She pecked his lips. He turned his face on the other side as the peck disturbed his sleep. Seeing his antics, she laughed but not too loudly. Looking outside the window, she felt peace and fell into the past. She remembered when she had poetry recitation invitation from a university in Delhi. She was sceptic at first because it had been only 15 days since their wedding and she thought maybe her in-laws wouldn't allow her to go. But when she told him about it, he was so excited for her. He immediately booked her flight ticket. He even offered to go with her but didn't push. Because he understood her space. So, she went alone. The trip was for three days and her maa had packed a week long worth snacks for her. She shared them with everyone and still had some left.

They had called her more than 300 times. Only Sidharth had called her a hundred times. "Baby, are you okay?" "Kaise raha event, sweetheart?" "Sana, are you okay? Should I come?" "Baby, koi pareshani to nhi hai na?" "Baby, I miss you." "Shehnaaz yaar, kamra khaali khaali lag raha hai tumhare bina." " Jaldi ajao na meri jaan. Mujhe neend bhi nhi aati. Pata hai aaj meeting mein so gya tha during the presentation." He called her, messaged her and everyone video called her together in the evening. Her own parents were not that concerned because this wasn't the first time she'd gone away from home alone. But her new family was missing her and they expressed it through their actions and words.

Sidharth was so excited to see her that he came to pick up from the airport with flowers. His beautiful smile seeing her made her fall in love with him more and she, at that moment, decided to propose to him herself. There's no use delaying in expressing your love for your loved ones. And she did that on their first month anniversary.

Obviously, he isn't perfect, no one is. But he is perfect for her. He becomes a child sometimes demanding her to pamper him but all the other times, he Pampers her like his princess. She even twirls to show him her dress. She used to do that for father to praise her. But now that role is taken by Sidharth. She twirls for him and he like a dutiful husband praises her beauty, her dress, her shoes. He even tells her which lipstick to apply with the outfit. And obviously, she loves his attention like she's his whole world just as he's hers.
