Kaminari arrives at the rehabilitation center with a group of other pro heroes. He's still his usual charming, upbeat self, cracking jokes with his fellow heroes and trying to impress everyone with his easygoing personality. However, when they arrive at the children's ward, Kaminari's usual charm falters slightly as he sees how deeply affected the kids are by their experiences.

Just as he's about to talk to one of the kids, Kaminari notices something unusual happening nearby. A calmness seems to spread through the room as a woman approaches the children—the children's counselor.

She speaks gently to a small group of kids, her presence alone seems to calm their nerves, and Kaminari feels a shift in the atmosphere. He watches as she kneels down, softly talking to the children about their fears, and he's instantly intrigued. Her voice is soothing, and he can't help but notice how the anxious children visibly relax in her presence. There's a subtle glow about her that Kaminari finds captivating, though he can't quite put his finger on why.

As Kaminari watches her interact with the kids, he's struck by how different she is from anyone he's ever met. He's used to the fast-paced, action-packed life of a hero, where most people are high-energy and driven by adrenaline. But there's something about her quiet confidence and the way she seems to bring peace to everyone around her that draws him in.

Kaminari approaches her after her session with the kids, his usual playful demeanor showing through. He introduces himself, though he's almost certain she already knows who he is.

"Hey, I'm Kaminari. You were, uh, really cool back there with the kids. Do you... do that often?"

She gives him a warm smile, recognizing his effort to connect.

"It's part of my job. They've been through a lot, and sometimes they just need someone to help them feel safe again."

Kaminari is a little flustered by her calm but kind response. He's used to people reacting excitedly to meeting a pro hero, but she's different. She's collected, focused on her work, and doesn't seem fazed by his hero status. That only makes him more intrigued.

As they continue to talk, Kaminari notices something about her that's different from anyone else he's met. It's not just her beauty, though he certainly finds her attractive, but it's the way her presence makes everything feel... lighter. Like the worries of the world ease up when she's around. He feels it too, a sense of calm washing over him.

Suddenly, he realizes her quirk might have something to do with it. Curious, he asks her about it.

"I gotta ask, is this you?" he says with a playful grin, gesturing around the room. "The way everything feels... chill?"

She chuckles softly and nods. "It's called Serenity. I help people focus, clear their minds, calm down when things get overwhelming. It's especially helpful with the kids."

Kaminari is fascinated. While his own quirk is unpredictable and powerful, hers is gentle and healing. It's a stark contrast to everything he knows, and it makes her seem all the more special in his eyes.

He's smitten—not just because of her quirk, but because of her compassion and the way she moves through the world with such grace and purpose. There's something magnetic about her calmness, something that makes Kaminari feel like he wants to know her more.

Before they part ways, he's bold enough to ask, "Do you ever get time off from, you know, calming the world down? Maybe grab coffee sometime?"

Her smile is soft but noncommittal. "Maybe. We'll see."

"Sorry, I didn't catch your name."

She smiles, calm and composed, as if she's used to being a little overlooked in the presence of heroes.

"Aiko," she says simply, her voice as soothing as the calm she radiates. " Ito, Aiko."

Kaminari nods, rolling the name around in his mind. It fits her perfectly—soft, simple, but beautiful. He repeats it quietly, testing it on his tongue.

"Aiko. That's a nice name."

She gives him a small, kind smile. "Thank you."

Kaminari can't helpbut grin, feeling a little awkward but happy to have made the connection. There's something about her—her name, her presence, her calm—that makes himwant to know more.
