The next day, Kaminari arrives at Aiko's house as planned. This time, he's dressed casually but still stylish, the kind of outfit that shows he put thought into the day. He's excited, and though he tries to play it cool, it's clear in the way he fidgets as he waits for her to come out.

When Aiko steps outside, she's dressed for a more casual, fun outing—still calm and collected, but with a bit more openness in her demeanor. Kaminari can tell that she's letting herself enjoy the day, and that's all the encouragement he needs.

"So, what do you have planned for today?" Aiko asks, her calm smile making Kaminari's heart skip a beat.

"Well," Kaminari says, grinning, "I thought we could start with something fun. There's this park nearby that has a festival going on today—rides, games, food, the whole deal. Figured we could check it out, maybe win you something."

Aiko raises an eyebrow, clearly surprised by the idea. "A festival? I haven't been to one of those in years."

"Perfect! That means it'll be even more fun." Kaminari's grin widens, and though Aiko looks hesitant, she eventually nods, intrigued by the idea of doing something so out of the ordinary.

When they arrive at the park, it's bustling with activity—families, couples, and kids running around, enjoying the games and food stalls. Aiko takes it all in, clearly not used to being in such a lively environment, but there's a curiosity in her eyes.

"Let's start with something easy," Kaminari says, leading her over to a ring toss game. "This one's a classic."

Aiko watches as Kaminari picks up a ring and dramatically rolls his shoulders like he's about to take on a major battle. He tosses the ring, and it completely misses the target, clattering uselessly to the ground.

Aiko laughs, a sound that catches Kaminari off guard but makes him grin.

"Okay, maybe not my strongest suit," he admits with a chuckle. "You try!"

Aiko steps up, a bit more composed, but Kaminari can see a hint of excitement in her eyes. She throws the ring, and to both their surprise, it lands perfectly on the target. Kaminari cheers, pumping his fist in the air.

"You're a natural!" he exclaims. "I'm totally taking credit for inspiring you."

Aiko smiles, and Kaminari can tell that she's starting to enjoy herself. They continue playing a few more games, each one filled with laughter and teasing banter, and each time Aiko wins, Kaminari dramatically claims he was "guiding her with his hero instincts."

After a while, they decide to take a break and grab something to eat from one of the food stalls. They sit down on a bench with a view of the festival, sharing a plate of takoyaki and some drinks. Kaminari notices Aiko is more care-free than he's ever seen her, and it makes him feel like he's succeeded in his mission to show her a fun time.

"I don't think I've laughed this much in a long time," Aiko admits, glancing over at him with a soft smile.

"See? I told you, I'm good for more than just hero stuff," Kaminari says, a playful grin on his face, but there's a sincerity in his tone. He's happy to see her loosen up, to see her having fun.

They finish their food and head toward the ferris wheel. Kaminari, in a more serious but light-hearted moment, suggests they ride it together.

As they reach the top of the ferris wheel, the sun begins to set, casting a soft golden glow over the park. The view is stunning, but Kaminari's attention is more focused on Aiko. She's looking out at the horizon, a peaceful expression on her face.

"This is nice," Aiko says softly, her voice barely above a whisper.

Kaminari leans back, relaxing into the moment. "Yeah, it is." He pauses for a beat, then adds, "You know, I'm really glad we did this."

Aiko glances over at him, a small smile playing on her lips. "Me too. You're... different than I expected, Kaminari."

"Good different or bad different?" he asks, echoing the question from their coffee date.

"Good different," she replies, her tone soft but sincere.

Kaminari's heart skips a beat, and he can feel a warmth between them that wasn't there before. He plays it off with a grin. "Well, if I can make the usually calm, composed Aiko Ito smile and laugh, I'm definitely doing something right."

Aiko looks at him for a long moment, and something in her gaze changes. It's a subtle shift, but Kaminari can feel it—like she's starting to see him in a new light. The playful banter from earlier is still there, but now there's something deeper, more meaningful lingering between them.

As the ferris wheel descends, the quiet moment fades, but the connection remains.

After the festival, Kaminari offers to walk Aiko home again. The sun has fully set now, and the streetlights cast a warm glow as they stroll side by side. The playful energy from the festival has calmed down, leaving them in a comfortable silence.

"Thanks for today," Aiko says after a while, her voice softer than usual. "I didn't realize how much I needed something like this."

Kaminari looks over at her, a soft smile on his face. "Anytime. I had fun too. You're a lot of fun when you loosen up, you know?"

Aiko chuckles, glancing at him. "I guess I don't do this kind of thing often enough."

"Well, I'm always up for a rematch at the ring toss," Kaminari jokes, but his tone turns more serious as he adds, "I really do mean it though—I'm glad you had fun."

They walk the rest of the way in a comfortable silence, the connection between them stronger than it was before. When they finally reach her door, Aiko pauses, looking at Kaminari with a soft expression.

"I'll see you soon?" she asks, a hint of hope in her voice.

"Definitely," Kaminari replies, grinning. "Just say the word, and I'm there."

Aiko smiles, lingering at the door for a moment longer before finally saying goodnight.Kaminari watches her go inside, his heart racing. Today had been perfect, andsomething told him that they were just getting started.
