the sun had barley come up and you were struggling to keep yours eyes open as you stopped the blaring alarm on your phone. you wondered sometimes how your boyfriend is able to sleep through anything, especially an alarm for school. you rolled over in your bed, your legs tangling with your boyfriends. he was asleep on his stomach with his arms under his pillow and your pink comforter pulled down to his hips, showing off his bare back. you smiled thinking how cute it was seeing your boyfriend sleep in your pink bed.

his face was facing you so you could see every freckle on his nose. his dark brown hair was covering his forehead and most of his eyes and you couldn't help but watch him sleep in aw. he was snoring softly, his back rising and falling with each breath.

and my god was he beautiful. he was perfect in your eyes, you could never get tired of looking at his face. sometimes you wondered why he chose you out of any girl in your whole school. every girl wants him and he can have literally any girl he wants, but yet he chose you. you didn't understand why because you didn't really have any friends besides him and you were a quiet person in general.

you'll never forget the day in sophomore year when he sat down next to you and started talking to you, complimenting everything about you. and that day on, he's chosen you over anyone and any girl.

as much as you wanted to watch him sleep all day, you knew you had to wake him up so you both could get to school. you slowly lifted your hand up and out of the comforter to his hair, dragging your fingers slowly and gently through it. "chris," you whispered. it was silent from him, his soft breaths continuing.

you moved your hand down to his back and started gently scratching your nails up and down his soft skin, watching as goosebumps slowly formed under your touch. "baby, it's time to wake up." you spoke softly.

his snores then dozed off as a low grumble elicited from his throat. however, despite the soft groan he didn't move a muscle and his eyes stayed sealed shut.

"i know, but it's friday." you smiled, your tone having hope to it as your nails delicately continued scratching up and down his back.

you watched a smile slowly crack from his lips. you giggled, seeing his lips tug up into a grin, his eyes still staying closed. "you think it being friday is gonna make me wanna go to school more?" he asked, his tone deep and raspy.

your hand halted its movement on his back, resting flat in the center of it. "no, not at all. but then we get the weekend off." you said with the same hopeful attitude.

his eyes then fluttered open and met yours. you looked into his beautiful blue eyes and god did you love them. he moved his arms out from underneath his pillow and rolled onto his side with a grunt, his whole body facing you now. you smiled as you watched him, then felt his strong arms wrap around your waist and pull you into him. you let out a little yelp when he pulled you across the mattress.

your faces were inches away now, the tips of your noses touching as you both looked into each others eyes and smiled.

"my parents are going to come in here if we aren't downstairs soon." you whispered as one of your hands moved to the back of his head, your fingers sinking into his soft hair.

chris rolled his eyes playfully. "whatever," he whispered back, making you giggle. he couldn't wipe the damn smile off of his face, he thought you were the cutest girl ever and he loved making you laugh, even if it was something simple. "fuck, you're so cute." he whispered again before tilting his head and capturing your lips in a kiss.

your heart was beating through your chest as you kissed him back. chris thinks i'm cute? you thought. you thought there were definitely prettier girls than you at school who wanted chris, but yet he thinks you're cute.
