"Naeem, is that you baby?" Victoria's best attempt of a sultry voice filled his ears as he sped home. Naeem groaned as he swerved almost hitting a car.

"Fuck. Fuck, fuck." He quickly wiped his forehead with his shirt. Naeem groaned as he tried to pull himself together. Sweat poured from his forehead. He looked at his bloody hands.

"What the fuck did I do?" He asked himself as he pulled into his driveway. Naeem quickly got out of the car. Every step he took grew heavier with guilt. Anger. Fear. Regret. By the time he reached his door he was falling mentally.

A black pit surrounded him and he couldn't catch himself. He couldn't stop himself from falling. It was just dark. Naeem made his way to the living room where he could hear Azul laughing at something.

When he stepped into the living room she looked away from the tv. Her eyes widened at the sight of him. Naeem walked towards her. His knees gave out as soon as his eyes landed on her feet.

"Help me." He whispered.

"Baby." Azul wrapped her arms around him.

"You think killing me is going to change the fact that you ruined my life? And now you're doing the same thing to your wife. You're ruining her life. Just like everybody else."

His mom's voice echoed through his head. He quickly pushed Azul off of him before throwing up on her lap. She didn't say anything as he rushed up to get to the bathroom.

Naeem groaned as he released more food into the toilet. Sweat covered the back of his neck. After almost five minutes of him sitting in the bathroom he felt a warm towel touch the back of his neck. He sighed.

"Are you high?" Azul asked.

"No." He mumbled. "She tried but I told her no. That I couldn't do that anymore."

"Told her?" Azul repeated. He closed his eyes and sighed.

"Victoria is who turned me on to drugs Azul. I wanted to spend time with her. She made me feel like if I needed her to be there I had to be in her world, not the other way around. I did what I needed to do to be apart of her world."

"Naeem, are you high?"

"No Azul." He pulled the towel from his face. "I killed her." She looked him over.

"Get up."

"What?"

"Get up." She spoke again. Naeem rose to his feet. Azul stepped closer to him. She grabbed the end of his shirt. It was at that point Naeem noticed the trash bags on the floor. He allowed Azul to take it off.
