Momoo continues to tow the brigantine ship, powering through the pain of the giant lump left on his head by Luffy and Sanji attacks, replacing the distrust and memories of hurt he feels towards them with memories of Ula and her kindness. Especially her retaliation towards the both of them for his sake.
With the increased speed, the brigantine begins to bounce with the waves.
Luckily she ordered to batten down all loose cargo before the bouncing started occurring.
Luffy is enjoying the thrill of being pulled at newfound speed, balancing precariously at the ship's bowsprit.
"Yeah! Ha, ha! Faster to Arlong Park!" He cheers, laughing loudly.
Meanwhile, Yosaku clings to the main mast, terrified, while Sanji and Ghin take the ride in stride. Richie clings to the deck, a novice to such sailing, while his fellow Pack members are used to rougher rides such as this.
Luffy ignores the dangers of falling from his perch and grins widely.
"Nami! Hang on!"

On Conomi Islands, Arlong is still seething as he's forcefully dragged back to Arlong Park by his men so he doesn't go on another rampage.
But the thought of Usopp's attack on him is still burning in his mind, making him see only red.
"LET GO!"
He forcefully shoves his men off him to stand on his own.
"Find him! I want that long-nosed freak, now!"
Arlong's own men tremble on the ground at the anger radiating off their captain in waves.
"To think...some lowly human scum would defy us, the Fishmen!"
Arlong calms himself a bit, but his anger still lies there.
"Come on, we're going back to Arlong Park!"
He turns on his heel, storming in the direction of his compound.

After the disaster of "confronting" Arlong in Cocoyashi Village to save one man's life, Usopp now finds himself being hunted through the forests of the island by some of Arlong's crew.
Looking over shoulder, he finds three Fishmen still in hot pursuit of him.
'Aw man, I can't shake these guys! Why didn't I beg for Ula to come with our group? She'd definitely know how to handle the situation better than anyone.'
With the chances of being able to outrun his pursuers quickly dwindling, the sniper dives into a shrub to try and lose the Fishmen and it appears to work.
"Hey, where'd he go?"
The small group of Fishmen look around the thick foliage for any sign of their prey.
But in a seemingly stupid move...
"All those in favor of leaving Usopp alone say 'aye'." His voice echoes throughout the forest.
"Aye!"
"Aye!"
