That night, Megha fell asleep without realizing it, lost in her thoughts. But when she woke up, she saw a message on her phone about official work in Manali. Megha was quite happy reading it.
"Mom! I'm going to Manali for an office trip!" Megha said with excitement.
"When are you going?" Megha's mom asked.
"On the 15th," Megha replied.
"Oh dear, you just got back, and now you're leaving so soon," Megha's mom said a bit sadly.
"Mom, it's for office work; otherwise, I wouldn't go. But don't worry, I'll come back again," Megha reassured her.
And just like that, the 15th arrived.
"Bye, Mom, take care of yourself, and don't forget to take all your medicines, okay?"
"Okay, I'll take care of myself; you also take care of yourself, alright?" Megha's mom replied.
Then Megha headed to Manali. Manali was Megha's dream city, and today her long-cherished dream was coming true.
When Megha arrived in Manali, she exclaimed, "Wow, what a beautiful place this is!"
After that, Megha went to her hotel and left for her office the next morning.
Mr.Singhania, the CEO of ATP Technologies addressed everyone in the meeting, saying, "As you all know, my age is catching up with me, and I can no longer work with the same efficiency. Therefore, our company needs a young and dynamic CEO. I want to announce our new CEO, Mr Dev Sharma. He has worked hard to earn this position, and I believe he deserves to be the CEO of our company. I have seen him work across various branches, and he is truly an asset for us."
"Thank you, sir. I will always be grateful to you for this, "Dev replied with a sparkle in his eyes.
"Ok then as I am resigning I have invited all of you to Manali for a party and my farewell of mine," Mr Singhania said
After the meeting, Megha felt overwhelmed with emotion. Seeing Dev in her company, now as the CEO, filled her heart with nostalgia. The boy she had loved for so many years was now leading the very organization she was a part of. This news brought her immense joy but also stirred up old memories.
