Brennan was finally having a day off after what seemed like weeks and you had missed him so much.

"What are you up to?" Brennan asked as you were sprawled out on the sofa with blankets wrapped around you.

"I am just getting ready to watch some TV, it is raining like anything and I have finished all my work for the evening so I am up to just chilling for the rest of the day" you smiled as you gently tapped the empty gap on the sofa.

"Ah yes that sounds absolutely perfect" Brennan jumped and laid down beside you as he snatched the blanket away from you as he laid there.

"Excuse me, Mr Brennan Johnson. I got this blanket for me. Now give me it back" you pulled on the blanket as you yanked it from under him.

"Urgh fine. I will get my own seeing as we have about a million" he let out a croaky laugh.

"Well go on then" you smirked as he hunted for another blanket.

"So what do you wanna watch?" you asked him as he finally found a blanket as he laid down leaning his head on your leg as you ruffled his light brown curls.

"Hmm we were watching something wasn't we, I'm sure we were halfway through a series?" he asked as you searched through what you were watching.

"Oh wait- it says we completed it?" you told him as you showed him.

"You cheeky, you've watched it without me haven't you. I can see that smirk appearing on your face, you are so mean" you crossed your arms as all Brennan could do was let out a small laugh.

"Sorry, I had nothing else to watch on the plane and the boys said it was really good" Brennan pouted.

"Urgh I suppose I'll watch it another time, you pick something that you haven't already watched then" you shoved the remote in his face.

"Thanks, love you really" he laughed as you sarcastically blew him a kiss.
