You and Ruben were having a cosy night in, what the pair of you just needed.

The slow music in the background, cuddled under a blanket with the dog laying beside you as Ruben was chilling on the single chair with his legs dangling over the edge of the chair.

"What are you reading?" you asked Ruben as you watched him lower his book to look at you.

"Just this one, it is probably not to your taste though. So I won't be asking you if you want to read it next" you laughed.

"Oh are you sure? it's not a celebrity book is it or something?" you asked as he got up and passed the book to you.

"Ah yeah, that isn't my book at all. Glad you are enjoying it though, mine is good. The couple are cute and remind me of us a little" you smiled as you flashed him the cover of the book.

"Aww that sounds cute, you like all those don't you. Bless ya for being such a romantic" Ruben smirked.

"You know what I am actually, these are a cute book just ones where I can imagine myself in the village really. It's cute. But yeah I am glad we like our own thing because your books sounds shit" you teased Ruben.

"Now that is mean, I was pretty nice about yours. So for that rude comment, do you wanna make me a cup of tea? that would be really cosy" Ruben sarcastically asked.

"Fineeee" you groaned loudly as you got up and made both of you a cup of tea.
