You and Cole had been together for 4 years, being with him since he was at Manchester City and now Chelsea.

"This is nice" you hinted as you looked in the window of the local jewellers.

"Hmm is that a hint I hear?" he asked as you shrugged.

"Maybe" you let out a nervous laugh as you watched Cole's facial expression, he was in a funny mood simply because he hated going out in public as he hated shopping with you and the fact when people recognised him, he always got nervous.

As you could tell Cole was hating it so much, you decided it was best to head home and put him out of his misery.

"I got something for you" Cole walked in the room with a small bag.

"What for?" you looked up at him from your phone confused as Cole rarely was one to buy random surprises during the day.

"I don't have to have a reason now do I" Cole laughed as he sat down beside you as he passed you over the bag.

You opened it which had a small box in it.

As you took out the box, Cole opened it for you as he looked straight you with the biggest smile.

"Wait, a ring?" you looked at him confused.

"Yes, it is a promise ring" your eyes widened.

"So let me slip that on your finger" you smiled as you watched as he slipped the promise ring on your finger.

"I promise to give you commitment forever" you smiled as he leaned in and gave you a kiss.

"Aww thank you baby, this has really made me smile" you looked down at your ring as you were amazed by how pretty it was.
