Sonic pov
We arrived at the inn.
Everyone was already standing there. Tails, Shadow, Knuckles, Amy, Mrs. Vanilla, Chocola was flying around her and Rouge was flying a little.
"Mommy!" Cream shouted, running towards Vanilla.
"Cream! Cheese! You're asleep," she said as she hugged Cream.
Chocola and Cheese were also hugging each other. Their balls turned into hearts.
"Blue, you're back," Rouge said as I approached them.
"I was worried about you Sonic" Tails said as he hugged me.
"Not bad, hedgehog," Knuckles said with a smile.
"I'm glad you're back," Amy said smiling as well.
Good job Sonic," Shadow said, his usual face on.
"Hehe," I laughed at all the attention.
Then Mrs. Vanilla approached us with Cream.
"Thank you Sonic for finding my child with Chesse and bringing them home" Ms. Vanilla said.
"You're welcome," I said with a smile.
"Ok I think we should go inside to warm up and have something to eat. And Shadow your rooms are ready as always," Mrs. Vanilla added as she disappeared inside with Cream and Cheese and Chocola.
"He's right. What are we waiting for," Rouge said.
She was about to go in when Shadow grabbed her by the gorilla.
"You forgot we still have rooms to clean. Remember we have a mobian more," Shadow said grumpily.
"Ow. Sorry," she said.
"What's the problem?" I asked confused.
"The problem is that every time we come. Mrs. Vanilla prepares three rooms for us. But since there are one more of us, we have to share," explained Tails.
"Ah, so we're going to sleep like we did on the ship?" I asked.
"Unfortunately. Knuckles has to be with Rouge," Shadow said.
"Why?" I asked curiously.
"You'll see," Amy said annoyed.
"Okay that's one room," Tails said.
"I see second is Shadow's and third is me, Amy and Tails" I said.
"That won't work, Blue. Each room only has two beds," Rouge said.
"Okay so I'll go find another room," I said.
"No way. You'll be her," Shadow said. My eyes widened in shock.
"What? Gone..."
"Okay the rooms are divided. Let's go," Shadow cut me off.
We all went inside in silence.
What will I do?
We went inside. The inn was full as day.
Voices and singing rang out from every corner.
We sat down at the only empty table in the inn.
It was rectangular in shape. Rouge sat down against the wooden wall, Knuckles sat down to her right. Next to Knuckles was Amy. Shadow sat down opposite Rouge. I sat down next to Shadow and Tails took the last seat next to me.
Mrs. Vanilla came to us.
"Okay, ladies and gentlemen. The stew will be in a moment. So what can I get you for now?" Ms. Vanilla asked.
