Water was vaporizing all around the ocean. White bubbles were streaming through the water and the whole ocean was boiling slightly. The Diver flew through the water toward the giant cloud of bubbles that had erupted and tried to rise toward the ocean surface.
"Hiss!" An arm shot out of the bubbles, scorched and burned. It began to regenerate.
"I TOLD YA!" The Missing Link shot the bubbles away as his whole body had been burned and scorched. It was slowly regenerating his skin though.
"I AM NOT GONNA DIE!" He hissed out. He threw his hand to the side, making the bubbles scatter to all sides.
"I AM PERFECTION AND YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A SSSSLIMY ROTTEN CORPSSSSSE IN A METAL CASSSSSSKET!" His arm began to bubble and turn into a long sharp mantis-like sharp scythe.
"Be silent!" Cato shouted as he weaved his hand forward, unleashing a powerful pressure through the water. The water was hit with such pressure that it compressed into a crystalized solid state. The wave shot into The Missing Link sending him flying back. The pressure lasted for a blink of a second, making the water turn liquid again before starting to boil.
"I wasss created by the massster. Formed by him to be the perfect creature..." The Missing Link stopped moving in the water as it looked straight down at Cato.
"Molded by him, formed to become sssstronger during fightssss. Ever changing...ever moving...I can't lossse to a sssimple man like you!" The Missing Link hissed out.
"Tell me again, what is this creature to you, my liege." The psychologist asked as he moved through the room, having his hands planted refinedly on his back.
"Project Missing Link was a science project I had in the works a few years back. We wanted to see if we could place as many DNA strings into a creature to see what happened. Missing Link here is the product." The emperor said as he moved his chess pieces around slowly.
"What creature did you choose for this project?" The Psychologist asked.
"Oh, a dog." The emperor said.
"A dog?" The other repeated confused.
"Yes. A simple street dog I used to feed here and there. no name...no home..no owner...well except me. He is my prized pet." The Emperor laughed.
"Magnificent. For a simple dog to turn into this." The Psychologist pushed up his glasses with a grin.
"Thanks. He is precious to me. Nothing in this world can completely kill this creature." The Emperor said.
"Hiss" The Missing Link shot forward at max speed.
"Mantis bite!" He shouted as he passed The Diver in a split second, cutting him.
"Ah!" The Diver grunted in pain as blood shot out from his arm. He quickly turned his arm toward the Missing Link and clenched his fist. A pressure erupted from the ocean, pushing the boiling water to The missing Link's body. The Missing Link hissed once more and turned completely solid with scales.
"YOU CAN'T BREAK ME!" He hissed out as he moved forward again. He swung his arm forward as it bubbled and turned into a large shark jaw. It bites into the armor of The Diver.
"BREAK!" He shouted as jaws broke into the armor, making blood spew out.
"RAH!" The Diver quickly moved a hand forward, unleashing pressure from inside the armor-set, breaking the teeth of the jaw.
"No matter how many timessss you break me...I WILL REGENRATE!" It hissed out as the teeth shot out of the jaws once again, digging into the armor of The Diver.
"BURN!" The Diver shouted as he waved his hand from down and then upwards. The ground shook as lava shot out from the ground again, hitting the Missing Link and sending him flying away. Like a lizard's tail, the jaw was detached from the body, leaving the spikes deep inside Cato's body.
"Hahaha." The Diver let out a small laugh as he looked up. The Cyclopean eye, staring straight at The Missing Link who had come to a halt, brushed burned feathers off of his arm.
"These teeth don't even hurt. I had nails and bolts stuck to my bones for years on end. If this is the only thing you can do. THEN MY VICTORY IS ASSURED!" The Diver roared as he moved a hand down toward the ground. The ground began to rumble loudly.
"Hiss!" The creature hissed against as it moved together into a ball. It began to bubble and grow as it became a giant sea serpent again. IT roared and shot down toward the Diver.
"Deep sea, culling!" The monster roared as it swallowed the Diver in its massive mouth. The Diver was attacked from all sides with razor-sharp teeth. The inside of the mouth was a ring of teeth and they were spinning around becoming one giant buzz saw. The Diver moved his arm out, trying to protect himself from the teeth using his pressure but some were so fast they actually got through and cut into him.
"RAAAAAH!" The Diver roared out in anger as he pushed his hand forward. The pressure unleashed powerfully and expanded in a split second, making the giant's head explode. He quickly drifted through the water trying to regain distance as the monster's head slowly regrew.
"I need more." The Diver shouted as he moved a hand down to his metal leggings. He clenched his fist as you could hear the sound of metal bending and a few seconds later screws flew out to all sides as the metal pants were removed. Revealing his legs were as thin as twigs and bony. A pair of black shorts from his prison days still somewhat intact.
