Chapter 10

The days finally passed by, and my newly founded uncle called the night before and he wanted everyone to meet his kids and his kids to meet my family. Aunt Eve and Mr. Hail would be coming with us as well as Jagger.

Today was going to be a long day. I didn't want to get up. Ava and Alex were already waiting outside the house waiting for Jagger. I didn't want to get up and face today. I heard a car pull up and I slowly go up and got dressed.

I put on my black gens and a black top. I grabbed my jacket and walked into my bathroom and did my normal make up. I sighed as I looked into the mirror and noticed that Jagger was standing behind me. I didn't say anything because I knew if I did, I would regret what I would say next.

"Car, I wanted you to know that I start the trials after your birthday. I know it's a lot to take in, but I would like to talk to you about something the night before your birthday."

I turned and looked at Jagger and said, "What are we Jagger? I'll let you decide because you know how I feel already."

Jagger hugged me and said, "I'll tell you after I take the trials."

With that said we walked out of the house and into the car and drove to school. School was boring but I didn't want it to be over. School flew by and now it was time to go home. I slowly walked out of the building and walk to Jagger's car.

Soon we were back at my home, and I got out of the car and ran up my room and quickly got changed and walked outside waiting for everyone. We were taking Eve's limo to go to my newly found Uncles and aunts' home to meet my cousins and try to learn everything that I can tonight.

Once the limo arrived, we all climbed into the limo and drove off to the next town. It was quiet until Eve looked at everyone and said, "Well Jagger have you decided when you want to take the trials. I know you have been studying for a while now. Do you think you are ready?"

Jagger looked at me and then at his aunt and said, "I am Aunt. But I wish to take them before or after Lady Carters birthday and also since I have come to learn that Lady Carter is our Lady, I wish to court her."

My father snapped his head up at this and looked at Jagger and said, "Are you sure that is what you wish lad?"

"It is. I know for me to take the coven and become its leader I would have to take trials and either marry her or kill her. I wish to marry her and so that coven can be at peace and her bloodline my continue through her and me since her father is one of the original creators of our bloodlines," said Jagger.
