Naunang buksan ni mikael ang phone niya at lumabas don ang pangalan ni maxine, ang lakas ng kabog ng dibdib niya. Kaya mabilis niya itong binuksan, kanina niya parin kasi ito hindi nakikita mula nang mamatay ang ilaw, kaya nag aalala siya rito.
Pero nang mabuksan ang mensahe ng anak ay agad na nanghina siya sa nabasa "Dad... I’m so sorry for everything I’ve done. I know I’ve hurt you and made you doubt me, but I need you to know that I’ve never betrayed our family.

Kung iisipin ang tagal narin mula nang makita niyang ngumiti sa kanya ang anak niya...at ang sakit lang dahil isa siya sa dahilan kung bakit nag hirap ang anak niya...
