Confused

Katy's POV

"Woah he just kicked" John said amazed as his left hand was resting on my very round stomach. 

I chuckled. "He likes the sound of your voice" I said and ran my hand threw John's soft curly hair.

He was laying down between my legs as he was singing to the baby.

John smiled up at me and began rubbing my baby bump.

"I wonder what he will look like" John said.

"Probably like you" I giggled.

"I can't wait to see him and hold him" John said excitedly. I found it really adorable how excited he was. He was going to be a good father.

"Well we will see him on September 18th" I said. I was a little nervous. I'm 7 months now and the more I got closer to my due date the more nervous I get. It will all be worth it though.

"Do you have any baby names in mind ?" John asked.

"I actually do, I have two" I said excitedly.

"Me too, let me hear yours first"

"Ok" I bit my lip and sat up, sitting Indian style as John did the same.

"So I was thinking either Jackson or James" I said putting my hands on my stomach, resting them their.

John nodded and agreed as he bit his lip thinking.

"Now let me hear yours" I said putting my hand on top of his and rubbed my thumb against the back of his hand.

"I like Greyson or Luke" he smiled and grabbed my hand that was on top of his and lightly squeezed it.

"Wow this is going to be hard, they are all great names" I giggled and ran my hand threw my hair.

"I know baby, but whatever we chose he will have a good name" He said and tucked a fallen piece of hair that had fallen from my bun behind my ear and kissed my cheek.

I smiled and sighed.

"Well let's see it will have to go with Mayer. But they all do" I said as I lay back on the bed. John joined me as he lay next to me and wrapped his arm around my waist. I cuddled up to him, wrapping my arm around his torso and put one leg on top of his.

"Hmm... Okay well witch one do you like out of the two names you liked?" John asked and he rubbed my back.

I thought as I caressed John's fit chest. "I like James"

"Okay so Jackson is out, I like Greyson more then Luke... So now we pick between James or Greyson"

"I'll let you pick the name baby" I said and kissed his chest. They were both great names so witch ever John picked, I would be fine with.

"Are you sure?" He asked. "Your the mom and I don-"

I cut him off and kissed his lips. "Honey, you pick. They are both great names and what ever you pick I will be happy with" I said truthfully.

"Kat-"

I sat up a little, laying on my elbow facing him "No I want you to pick the babies name" I said serious and looked into his eyes.

He gave me an uneasy look but finally agreed. "Fine, but your picking our second child's name"

"Okay Mr.Mayer" I smiled widely and kissed his lips passionately and tenderly. He put his hand on my cheek pulling me closer to him. I broke away and kissed/sucked his neck then moving up to his jawline then back to his lips.

"I love you so much" I said a little out of breath.

"I love you to Katy, so much. Your perfect" He sighed happily.

"I love you too little guy" John said and lifted up my shirt and kissed my stomach.

I giggled. This was a perfect family moment. "Have you decided a name yet baby?"

"Yeah" he grinned.

"I pick Greyson" John smiled and pulled down my shirt crawling on top of me.

I caressed the side of his face and smiled up to him. "I love it"

He kissed my forehead then got off me, giving me some space. We laid their for about 30 minutes just talking and enjoying each others company until John's phone starting ringing. He unwrapped him self from me and grabbed his phone from the night stand.

John sighed and ran his hand threw his hair and quickly put on his shoes.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Umm I got to go to the studio" He said throwing on a coat.

"At 7:30 PM?" I asked confused. Usually everyone went home before 7.

"Yeah Katy I got to go I'll see you later" He said frustrated and walked out of the room.

"Oh okay" I was so confused and kind of upset. I heard the front door close and I was left just like that. We were just enjoying ourselves and now he's gone. He didn't say when he would be back or kiss me goodbye or say I love you.

I sighed annoyed and laid back down. Suddenly I heard the front door open and footsteps running up the stairs. It was John.

"I'm sorry for leaving you like that, but I love you and I will try to make it quick" He said and went in for a kiss, but I turned my head and it landed on my cheek.

"Okay whatever bye John" I said annoyed.

"Katy don't be like that"

"Your gonna be late to where ever your going so you should leave" I said turning around so my back faced him.

He sighed loudly. "Katy please-"

"I said bye John!" I said clearly not wanting to talk to him right now.

"Fine bye" John said and walked out of the room. I heard the front door slam making me jump a little.

I felt bad now because all John was trying to do was apologize and my hormones just took the best of me.

"Way to go Katy" I sighed and ran a hand over my face. How was I going to fix this.
