After awhile Jungkook finally let go of Lisa's lips, He looked down at her, his gaze lingering on her swollen red lips. It's was practically calling his name.

Lisa's glare was fierce but her eyes also sparkled showing she wants it as much as he does.

A cough interrupted the staring contest, both Lisa and Jungkook snapped their heads to the doctor standing awkwardly while looking at his toes.

Jungkook stood straight and took a step back, after opening and closing the door multiple times while the two were making out, the doctor was finally able to enter the ICU ward

'Karen said they were divorced but it doesn't seem so to me' He thought to himself while making his way to Lisa's bed

He was in a doctors coat, a stethoscope around his neck, In his hands were Lisa's files. We gotta admit he was handsome but nothing compared to our boys.

His hair swept back, he seems to be in his mid-20s

"Hi Miss Kim," Jungkook resisted to urge to correct the doctor saying 'Mrs. Jeon'

"I'm Dr. Shin, Dr. Patel is currently busy with an emergency surgery, so I'll be taking over." Dr. Shin gave a bright smile that could melt ice

Lisa smiled back and waved her hand "Nice to meet you Dr. Shin"

"So, how are you feeling?" Dr. Shin asked "Tired." Lisa replied and Jungkook held her hand in his

Dr. Shin nodded sympathetically. "You've been through a lot. But you're safe now. We've been monitoring you closely."

Lisa's gaze drifted to Dr. Shin. "My baby?"

Dr.Shin's expression turned serious. "Hailey's still in the NICU, but she's stable. We're running tests to ensure she's receiving the right care."

Lisa's eyes widened with concern. "What's wrong with her?"

Dr. Shin hesitated before speaking. " bilirubin levels are slightly escalated. We're monitoring her for Jaundice, And her sugar level is borderline low"

Jungkook's grip on Lisa's hand tightened.

Dr. Shin continued, "As for you, Lisa, your blood pressure dropped significantly during delivery. We need to run more tests to determine the cause."

Lisa's voice trembled. "Will I...will I be okay?"

Dr. Shin's expression softened. "We're doing everything possible to ensure your recovery. Your body needs time to heal, but we're optimistic."

Jungkook leaned in, his voice filled with emotion. "You're going to be fine, Lisa. We'll get through this together."

Lisa's eyes locked onto his, tears welling up.

"We'll keep you updated on Hailey's progress. In the meantime, rest and focus on your recovery." Dr. Shin said

"Can I see her?" Lisa asked

Dr. Shin smiled. "We'll arrange for you to visit Hailey in the NICU soon. Maybe tomorrow, depending on your progress."

Jungkook smiled, relief etched on his face.

Lisa's gaze returned to Dr. Shin. "Thank you..."

Dr. Shin's eyes warmed. "We're just getting started, Lisa. We'll get you both through this."

As Dr. Shin exited the room, Jungkook leaned in, his lips brushing against Lisa's forehead.

"We're in this together, always," he whispered.

"You weren't even with me while I was in pain. Now, you're telling me 'we're in this together'?, Pls don't make me laugh." Lisa pushed his chest and turned on her side giving him her back

Jungkook smiled. "I was always with you, from the start, I've been watching you, even while you were in Labour I was right outside supporting you. The only thing between us was the door and the barrier of sisters."

He placed a hand on her arm and kissed her cheek. "I'll do anything for you to forgive me. All I want is to live happily with you and our princess."

Lisa couldn't help but sob "...it's all my fault..., all mine, if I focused more on our baby and didn't place my heartache above other things especially our princess..." Lisa wiped her tears but they just kept flowing

"She wouldn't have problems, neither will I. I'm so stupid, what if this affects her later in the future." Jungkook held her hand tight and placed kisses on it

"Nothing as such will happen, and it also isn't your fault, it's mine, I should have just told you about the plan taking the fact that you're pregnant into consideration."

"You're right, it is your fault." Lisa pouted hands on her baby bump as she slowly sat up with Jungkook's help.

Jungkook chuckled. "Yep, it's all my fault,"
"So, you forgive me?"

Lisa smiled and pecked his lips. "Does that Answer your question?"

"No." Lisa giggled and wanted to kiss him when a knock interrupted them.

Jungkook groaned silently cursing the person who was at the door, Lisa turned her head and her face brightened when she saw Haewon and Woosung.

"Auntie, Uncle, have you seen my baby?" Lisa asked and pushed Jungkook.

"Yes, she's really cute." Haewon sat beside Lisa and held her hand. "Lisa, sweetheart, you scared the living daylights out of everyone. I thought I lost you,"

"I love you like my own daughter, you are my daughter. I can't imagine what life would be like without you bubbling around."

Lisa smiled. "Don't worry, you're going to try a lot harder than child Labour to get rid of me, Ma." Haewon felt her whole world brighten when She heard the endearment Lisa used.

Haewon's eyes filled with tears. "That's what you called me when you were young. You were always confused, I thought I'd never hear you calling me that again."

"Even if I call you Auntie, you're just like a mother to me, even if you didn't give birth to me."

Woosung felt the urge to butt in. "Ah~, this is so heartwarming but I find it unfair." He crossed his arms over his chest.

Haewon raised a brow at him. "I was one of the most ruthless mafias in all of Korea, everyone trembled at the mention of my name, but I always reduced myself when it came to you girls, chasing you around the garden along with your father."

Haewon shook her head. "Where are you going with this?" She asked "I never got any such endearment, I always gave you what you wanted without thinking twice, but you never once called me something cute just 'Uncle.'"

"I canceled all my meeting to come play with you girls when you asked me to, just one phone call from your dad saying you girls want to see me, no matter where I was in the world I always came in a heartbeat."

Lisa giggled as Woosung continued to rant. "So you're jealous?" "Yes, very Jealous. I mean she was always home, she practically did nothing apart from sitting, chatting with your mother and hold you in her arms."

"Okay, from now henceforth, we'll call you Papa." Jisoo said walking into the room with her sisters behind her.

"Happy?" Jennie asked and Woosung nodded "Yes, very" He gave a huge smile.

I read my story from the top and I noticed I haven't given you guys any sweet moments between our couples.
But this book will end soon so...Not sure that's going to be done.
Anyways, what do you want in the end?
A. The girls parents come back (Suggested by my sister, she said it could be they've been in hiding all these years but I'm not buying that, it's soooo cheap.

B. Kids in the future (I've thought about giving you guys a sneak peek of the future for a long time)
