Chapter 4: The Death of Figorus Dominum

After Figorus Dominum becomes SF 3, he also became famous across Roundhouse City. One morning, Figorus decided to visit his brothers in the orphanage, he was supposed to bring Alexander Nickel with him however Alexander had his classes and other errands.

Figorus calls Alexander " Yow Lex ! Do you wanna come with me and meet my brothers ?"." Ow I would bro but I have class and errands to fix, plus there's this fighter from West Masters University that challenged me the other night for duel" Alexander peacefully rejects Figorus. "Ow shoot, I'd be spending the night with my brothers, I would love your duel though, is he strong ?" asks Figorus. "Nahhh... they said he challenged the current SF 9 but lost a few seconds after the fight, I ain't losin to that".

" I know you won't, alright then... goodluck Lex, I better get going now" Figorus walks out.

Alexander waves to Figorus " Right, you take care man, see you tomorrow !". Figorus waves back while facing the other direction.

Figorus went to visit his brothers. On his way to exit Roundhouse City, he passes by South Masters University. He then remembered Alexander's warning to him about fighting the Van Halens. Suddenly, out of nowhere, he felt a very strong and high battle index limit.

" What the hell is that ?....this battle index, i think it's over 9,000 points, 9,500 points ?...is he the SF 2". Figorus saw a man with a dark red aura in a small alley when he passed by. He saw this fighter standing in front of 10-15 fighters, all laying down on the ground. " This guy, his battle index limit, but why show off so flashily ? and those fighters, they seem weak yet he beat them with no mercy...."

The man with 9,500 points of battle index, looked at Figorus and smiled. Figorus looked at him but did not quite see his face properly. " Is he SF 2 ? If he is... then I better meet him again. It looked like he saw me coming and made me feel his aura, is this a challenge ?" he wonders.

Figorus then arrived at the orphanage.

Accendus welcomes his brother with a big hug " Figorus! I missed you !". Figorus pats Accendus's head, " Hey there! How are you, Accendus".

Rigolus walks towards his brothers " I heard you already ranked up... You are now SF 3, well that's expected". Accendus looks up to Figorus, " SF 3 ? You're SF 3 already!? Wow! I mean I thought I wouldn't be surprised, but still...".

" Who did you beat ?" Rigolus asks. " He's Van Halen... I forgot his name, he was strong though" Figorus answered. " A Van Halen ? You must be really famous now across Roundhouse" says Rigolus. " Ya i don't much care, c'mon I wanna see Jake, where is he ? " Figorus looks for Headmaster Jake. " He's probably training the other kids right now".

" Ow, I thought he was in the kitchen... I'm starving..." Accendus says. Figorus and his brothers feast in the dining area and meet Headmaster Jake.

"Good Morning master Figorus, I was told you were visiting, how are you doing ?". Jake welcomes Figorus with a big smile, " Hey Jake, I'm doing alright, how are the kids ?". " They are doing well. Uhmm Master Figorus, could you come with me to the office ? I want to show you something".

Headmaster Jake and Figorus went to the office. Headmaster Jake showed Figorus a video tape, from his Father, Horilus Dominum.

" What is this Jake ?". Headmaster Jake plays a video tape." Master Figorus, I hope you don't misunderstand this, plus please, watch it".

Confusion in his eyes, Figorus watches the video tape. " He... He is my Father."

Horilus Dominum appears on the screen. " Hello Figorus, Rigolus, and Accendus, my sons. If you are watching this video, it means we failed as your parents. We are no longer around to watch you and guide you, train you to become strong. And for that, your mother and I are really, really sorry. We hope someday, you three can forgive us. Right now, I am sure you already know about the truth of our deaths. I believe your grandfather told you."
