Chapter 14: Declaration of War

Roundhouse City Cemetery, a funeral is being held. This is a funeral for the Roundhouse City Vice Mayor, Robert Queen. Marcus Sebastian and Mary Fox are talking while attending the funeral.

" I still cannot believe Robert died" says Mary Fox - Secretary of Roundhouse City Municipality.

" He did not just die... he assassinated Mary" says Marcus Sebatian.

" Was it them ?" Mary asked.

" Robert is an old friend of mine, he was a strong fighter...According to the autopsy report, he put up a fight, but since he's too old to fight, he can't win alone. He was poisoned, but before he died, he was able to fight his killer...That style of killing, it is them..." Marcus said.

Suddenly Anita Van Halen approaches Marcus and Mary. With a tone of sympathy, she says "My deepest condolences Marcus, I am here to pay my respects..." and then she smiles. Marcus knew that Anita never meant that. He then looks at Anita dead straight in her eyes.

" Isn't it too hard for you to even say the word 'respect' Anita ?" he said.

" Ow please Marcus, Robert was a good person, what else am I here for right ?" Anita replied.

Headmaster Jake then approaches Marcus and looks at Anita.

" Whoever is behind this, maybe the killer is just near, very.....near."

Anita looks at Jake and simply mocks him. " Eh ?... isn't it the great butler..." Jake ignores Anita " What are you doing here Anita ?" he asked.

Anita then gets upset. " And what right do you have to address me like that ? huh ?...know your place, butler..."

Jake does not look at Anita " Like I said, very...very... near, I don't intend to argue with the governor here, my respect only goes to Robert, no one else."

Anita sarcastically smiles " Well, well ... .gentlemen, let me leave first, I still have an appointment with the President this afternoon, enjoy the rest...of the day." She said that she meant 'the rest of your life'. Anita leaves the funeral and rides her limousine.

Marcus looks at Anita while she's leaving the ground. He is pissed.

" ....That bitch ! she has the audacity to come here..."

" We have to move master Marcus" Jake said.

" Yes. I know that Jake. We'll be in touch with you soon, keep your line open." Marcus said.

" Understood" Jake bows.

The next day, Accendus is running at the track and field to workout. He saw Lucia reading at the bench. Accendus approached Lucia. Actually, Lucia sees Accendus first, but chooses to remain calm. Lucia is blushing already, and cannot read properly because she sees Accendus approaching her.

Lucia speaks to herself. " He's coming....what should I do ? should I remain calm, should I smile ? should I head out first ?...ahhh! what's happening to me ! ?" She does not know what to do, she is internally panicking, looking really cute. She feels so awkward and covers her face with the book as Accendus approaches.

Accendus approaches Lucia with a big smile and waves at her. But Lucia just hides her face using her book.

" Oi !!! Lucia !!! hahahaha ! fancy seeing you here, how've you been ?' Accendus said. Lucia is stunned and unable to respond properly, " Uh...huh ?... Uhmm.... I'm alright ! bye !". She then tries to run away to leave. Accendus is confused and tries to stop her, " eh ?... oi ! Wait ! where are you going ! ?"

Lucia stops running and gets herself to ask the same question. " Uhmm...."

Accendus then follows Lucia.
