About a month ago, the Mayor's Cabinet Officials had a meeting regarding the Group War Control Program. This meeting was held in Roundhouse City Municipality. Roundhouse officials discussed the issues regarding the too many group wars happening. The main problems happening with too much engagements of group wars are the worsening. There are too many fighters involved in a group war. Street Fighters who are not residing in Roundhouse City participate in group wars inside the city. Worst, deaths and students disappearing after a group war. These are the problems that need immediate actions to resolve.
Roundhouse City Mayor Marcus Sebastian led the meeting. Along with his official cabinet and the principals of the 4 Master Universities.

Mayor Marcus Sebastian and his Secretary, Mary Fox arrived last for the meeting. Marcus positioned himself on the table. " Gentlemen, please have your seats. We shall commence this meeting." Mary said, and they all sat down.
" As you all are aware, lately for the past few years, there have been problems, major problems, that have been going on in this city... General Ares Van Halen, are you aware of these happenings ?" Mayos Marcus asked. " Hmmm, I have been told. Actions were being done and implemented, but it seems that these are not enough." General Ares said. Vice Mayor, Robert Queen suddenly spoke of the police which General Ares spearheads" Then why do the police are not doing enough ?" he said towards General Ares. Due to that comment Vice Mayor Robert said, he became upset " Ha! ? You blame us ? this is your department's issue right ? you better watch your mouth Queen !" General Ares said. " That's enough ! We are not here to blame each other's lacking, everyone here is doing their job, whether enough or not enough, we should all do something about it until it is fixed" Mayor Marcus said.
Lucia Sebastian then turns on the screen" According to our data, as you can see here in the screen charts, for the past 10 years, street fighters and students that have disappeared have dramatically increased every year. To put it into perspective, since 2014, 5 students were reported to have disappeared, you add at least 2 every year. Way back in 2020, the number of street fighters that had disappeared was the most, at least 40. Through the following years, it decreased. The problem is still here."
Richard Nickel, the head of the Fight Control Service Division said " Our years of investigation have led us into 1 point of origin."
" What do you mean Richard ?" Marcus asks.
" There have been reports that there are assassins working from outside of Roundhouse City, roaming around and eliminating those fighters they deem capable of breaking the 10,000 battle index limit barrier." Richards said. Almost everyone in the room was surprised and got curious. Ares then reacts " Ha? Assassins ? why would assassins target young children ? oi Nickel, if there were assassins in this city, I should be knowing it everytime..." he said.
