"Hey, Brightpaw!" Berrypaw called out.
"Hmm, what's up?" Brightpaw walked over to him.
"How did it go...?" Berrypaw asked, referring to the hunt they were being chased in.
"You mean with Flamepaw? We made up." Brightpaw responded.
"You did!" Berrypaw lit up. "I thought you two were going to kill each other!" He laughed.
"What?! No!" Brightpaw laughed as well.
"Why would you think that?" She tilted her head.
"Well... Y'know, after what happened in the den." Berrypaw whispered.
"Oh yeah, but he apologized. So I guess it's fine..." She walked off.
Berrypaw shortly followed her. "Oh... okay, that's good to hear"
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather around the high rock for a clan meeting" Lillystar called out.
Thunderclan cats begin to gather around the high rock silently, with their eyes locked onto the black she-cat sitting atop the high rock.
"Tonight when the silverpelt covers the sky, I will be leading an attack on Riverclan..." Lillystar announced. The murmurs began to emit from the cats.
"Recently Riverclan has taken the borders of our clan as a joke and has been crossing into the Sunningrocks and deeper into our territory, but no longer am I going to be docile to their actions, It is time for us to remind Riverclan who this forest belongs to" Lillystar continued.
The murmurs began to grow louder with excitement, Brightpaw couldn't help but feel excited as well even if she wasn't going, even still she was glad it was going to be Tigerblood suffering for once.
"Raventhorn will lead a second party after us, in case we need help," Lillystar said looking at Raventhorn who nodded in response. "And before I end this meeting I would like to speak with Brightpaw and Flamepaw".
Brightpaw quickly sat up straight as Lillistars gaze was upon her, and nodded to Lillystar's request.
"You are all dismissed," Lillystar said, turning and getting off the high rock. Brightpaw and Flamepaw walk together to the leader's den where Lillystar sits waiting for them.
"Flamepaw and Brightpaw...I heard about your triumph in your test yesterday, very good, you two are on a firm and steady pace to becoming warriors" Lillystar said, pleased with the apprentice's efforts.
"Thank you Lillystar" They both responded, bowing their heads.
"And so I have decided for you two to join me tonight during the attack, so I expect you to be ready..." Lillystar meowed.
"Wait what?!" The two apprentices exclaimed, one excited and the other confused.
"Uhh, what about Apple and Berrypaw? They passed too, '' Flamepaw asked.
"They'll be with Raventhorn," Lillystar responded.
Brightpaw's body was twitching with excitement, it was going to be her first time attacking another clan and such a thought made her even more excited for the battle to come.
"I can see you are very excited, Brightpaw, but you must be ready for what's to come," Lillystar said.
"Y-yes lillystar" Brightpaw sat straight and nodded her head.
Lillystar smiled before leaving to her den to rest. After she had fully entered her den, Brightpaw quickly turned to Flamepaw, unable to hide her excitement.
