I woke up in darkness, a shiver going down my spine as I sat up and looked around. 'Where am I?' I stood up confused about my whereabouts.

A shift came from behind me making me slowly turn and I soon saw a figure. "Who are you?" I reached for my knife but I didn't feel it "looking for this?" The man had white hair and was doing tricks with the knife.

"Honestly, it's quite embarrassing to call you my relative when you can't even tell when someone takes your knife." The man looked familiar but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. However when he looked at me directly in the eye I felt fear grow inside me.

"Iko Kimidio." The white haired man sighed and stopped playing with the knife. "So? What does my name have to do with anything?" I glared at him nervous what he was gonna do. "That is beside the point, I was honestly looking forward to meeting you."

I looked around nervously since many said he was dead, meaning that I was probably dead. "Look I know what you're probably thinking, but you're not dead, I can enter the dreams of others and manipulate their emotions if I want to." I looked back at his hand and saw his tight grip on the knife.

He noticed and held up both his hands. "Look hear me, then you can get your play thing back." He flicked his hand and soon a bright light appeared next to me. I looked at the light and saw him but he had black hair and no scales. "Zodion, this is the memory I have saved from where my sister died."

I looked at him then back to the bright light nervously. "What you're about to see is the truth showing that the old man is nothing but a liar who tries to make others look bad." Clouds began to form in the memory and soon a young girl with black hair showed up.

"Iko, uncle said we shouldn't go so far, remember he said to only patrol around the lake." The girl looked like Iko except her very dark brown eyes gave her a difference. "Look Lika, uncle trusted us both to patrol, but if your to scared to go a bit farther, then go back." His sister kept a worried glance on her face as she looked around and quickly followed her brother.

Thunder soon strikes the nearby forest and a loud roar echoed from the trees. Lika gasped and began to tug on Iko's sleeve. "Iko let's go! There's a thunder dragon nearby, we need to go get the others." Iko snatched his sleeve away from his sister and began to run to the area where the thunder struck.

Lika soon followed after him fear glowing in her eyes. They both soon emerged from the trees and saw a yellow and white dragon making a meal out of a deer. The pupil of the dragon soon became thin as it noticed their presence. It let out an ear piercing screech and ran towards them.

They both ran out of its path and stared at it with different emotions. Lika had fear and concern written on her face while Iko had confidence and amazement on his face. The dragon soon began to whip its tail towards them its spikes sparking a bit. Whenever a thunder dragon is disturbed it will stay to kill whatever disturbed it and won't leave until whatever moves is dead.

Lika dodged but Iko stayed in place while the dragon attacked a smile planted on his face. Lika noticed and ran towards him pushing him away as the tail landed right on her stomach horror visible in her wide eyes. She hit a tree unmoving as blood poured from her wound. The dragon let out a roar and flew off leaving the two siblings alone.

Iko ran over to his sister and ripped off his jacket. He placed it over her wound in hopes it would stop the bleeding but she remained still. He grabbed her and used his Akidio to escape tears slipping down his face. The memory stopped and I looked at Iko with confusion. "What happened after that?" He shrugged and crossed his arms.

"The bit that happened after that hurt me, so I chose to forget it but only bits and pieces still haunt me." I looked at the frozen memory only to see Iko was now at the gates of Katran. The woman who was probably his mother screaming and crying as she took his sister away while a man who was maybe his father hugged Iko, pain in his eyes.
