The strong smell of chemicals invaded your nose as you walked through the front door.

You looked over the couch to see Jeff and Rosy sat on a towel while she held his hand. "Make sure to get the pinky." You heard Jeff say.

You put bags down on the kitchen counter and made your way to the living room to see what they were doing.

You smiled when you saw Rosy attempting to paint Jeff's nails in black and purple nail polish. You say attempting because she was practically painting his whole finger.

Jeff looked up at you, grinning widely. Rosy finished the last finger, pulling back and smiling at her work, feeling proud. "All done!" She called out, putting the nail polish away.

Jeff looked at his hands, a smile on his face. "They look so pretty, baby!" Jeff complimented, loving the look. They might not be perfectly painted, but they're from his daughter which makes it perfect in his eyes.

Jeff showed his hands to you, a weird look coming across your face. "Oh they're..." You don't know whether to act happy or surprised.

Jeff gave you a glare, making you fix your face and clear your throat. "I mean they're perfect!"

Rosy squealed, happy that she got the approval. You then looked down at your own hands. "Rosy, how about you paint Mommy's nails?"

Your daughter looked at you and thought about it before nodding her head. "Okay, but if you want me to paint them that will be $50." Your mouth dropped open.

50 buckaroos?

"But Daddy didn't pay you?" You reasoned, looking confused. "Daddy doesn't have to pay, everyone else does." Jeff had to bite his lip to hold back a laugh, but that didn't stop that wide smile from coming on his face.

You rolled your eyes at his cocky smirk. "Actually, nevermind." You dismissed, going to the kitchen to start on lunch. Jeff soon came in, wrapping his arms around your waist as you fixed a sandwich on the counter.

"I can go get nail polish remover before you go back to work." You suggested, looking down at his hand.

Even though you couldn't see him, Jeff shook his head. "No need, I'm gonna wear them out for a couple of matches."

Jeff didn't lie. For his next 4 matches he wore the nail polish on TV and out in public, not caring about what people thought.
