THIRD PERSON POV

Kou walked down the hallway with Yashiro and Amane, Yashiro was staying after school to help with the garden so Amane & Kou decided to help. Yashiro sighed and looked at the two boys.

"Guys, it's fine. I don't need help." Yashiro said, tightening her braids.

"I have nothing else to do! Teru-nii won't be home until late, so really." Kou replied, following shortly behind Yashiro.

"Tsukasa has friends over and I don't want to be involved. " Amane shrugged.

"Ugh, you guys are insufferable.." Yashiro mumbled.

"How could you say that about your own soulmate?!" Amane replied with a dramatic gasp.

"Poor baby, now come on guys, I'm bored!!" Kou cried. Yashiro and Amane sighed, the two started walking and Kou walked next to them.

"Soo.. How's school for you guys?" Yashiro asked, smiling.

"Boring!! Tsukasa keeps telling me I should make more than just 3 or 4 friends but I don't really feel like it." Amane said.

"I dunno, school has been pretty boring.." Kou replied.

"Wow, okay kings of frown town." Yashiro rolled her eyes, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Wha-! Not true!" Amane and Kou exclaimed at the same time.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Come on, we're here." Yashiro said, opening the door to the garden.

The two boys followed behind Yashiro. She went over to some flowers and watered them.

"Why do they need water..??" Amane asked.

Kou and Yashiro just blinked. "Are you serious?" They asked at the same time.

"Huh-! Yes! Why would I not be?!"

Yashiro sighed. "Flowers are living things. All living things need water. are you not taught that in like . . . 4th or 3rd grade??.."

"Hmph. You guys know I don't pay attention in classes." Amane said.

"You should really start paying attention. At this rate you'll never get into a college." Kou responded. Amane playfully punched Kou in the shoulder. "Oww! Okay, okay, I'm sorry!"

Yashiro sighed as she finished up watering the flowers. How are these idiots my friends..? Yashiro thought, shaking her head. Though she knew deep down she loved her friends.

Kou walked down the steps from the second floor to the first. It was around 4:55pm and Teru should be home soon enough, so he decided to head home. He always wondered what color his house was though. Kou yawned and just as he was about to open the doors to leave Kamome Academy, he heard a familiar voice.

"Hey! Wait up!" Mitsuba, of course.

"Wha- Why are you still here? School ended almost two hours ago!" Kou exclaimed, he had froze at first until he realized it was just Mitsuba.

"I could ask you the same thing y'know." Mitsuba scoffed.

"Omg. I was helping Senpai at the garden." Kou said, yawning. "Now tell me why you're here."

"I didn't feel like getting up and leaving." Mitsuba replied.

"...Did the teachers not force you..???"

"Nah. I was in the storage closet."

"What is wrong with you."

Mitsuba and Kou walked each other home. They live in the same neighborhood, so that's a plus.

"Hey." Mitsuba spoke.

"Hm?" Kou perked up.

"..Never-mind. You suck, bye-!" Mitsuba ran off as his house was right in front of them.

"Wha-? Mitsuba!" Kou sighed and walked to his house. "What was that about..??"
