the anger in Alaric's voice made all the Knights of Power terrified, they told him that he's recovering from his first military defeat as the Black Knight storms to his tent, scaring the 21-year-old.

Alaric: Brutus. Report. Now!

Brutus: they just came out of nowhere milord; Connor has officially made Hero Heights a new base for his king!!

Alaric groaned; it was the first time his son lost to Connor and his allies, then he decided to make the young man join him in his Atlas Campaign as a way to redeem his loss at Hero Heights.

Alaric: you are to come with me to Atlas to redeem thyself, if you fail, your rank will be lowered to squad captain.

but then Vult arrives as he suggests some very depraved tactics, making not only the Knights scared but Alaric wanting to kill him for mentioning Cordelia's body.

Alaric: who is this whore who thinks my wife's a concubine as if I needed some relief?

Rias: *scared* V-V-V-Vult, king of the local mercenaries m-m-m-milord (laughs nervously).

then Alaric nods as he shows Vult what's at the edge of the cliff, he then asks the man what he does for a living.

Vult: glad you ask, we're the best fighting force in the land and we take men's wives and much more.

Alaric: oh, you know something Vult, the problem I have with mercenaries is that they die FAR TOO EASILY!!

he then pushed Vult off the cliff while he wears a noose and Alaric pulled the rope, killing the bastard for good, the Black Knight then asks his troops anything about the man.

Alaric: any suggestions about him?

Knight 1: what man?

Knight 2: someone was here?

Knight 3: mighty execution, sire!

Alaric: good, one word of my wife's beauty gets the chopping block.

Knight 4: what about her ugliness?

Alaric: *pissed* NOW, YOU'RE PUSHING THY LUCK!!!
