Though the sun shines and life goes on
A shadow we cannot forget
The memories and pain are all too real
For those who fought, for those who gave all
These heroes now rest in eternal peace
They paid life's ultimate price
And though their absence is still felt
Their sacrifices will never be lost or silenced
Let the souls of the fallen soldiers rest in peace
Let the memories of their bravery live through us
Let us carry on their legacy
And continue their fight for justice
For the world they died to protect.
