The atmosphere was charged with raw power. It was as if Bonnie and Klaus were no longer themselves, as if ancient forces had taken over. Klaus, fists flying, punched Lucien with savage, unrelenting force. His knuckles were bloodied, but Lucien's face—unrecognizable beneath the crimson smears of blood and bruises—his healing despite being fast could not keep up with the assault. Klaus was like a force of nature, unyielding. Each hit landed with the weight of centuries of vengeance, as Klaus barely recognized the enemy he was beating into submission.
Bonnie, eyes glowing an intense green, unleashed wave after wave of raw magic, knocking Lucien's allies across the room like ragdolls. Those who tried to rise were struck down by the sheer force of her power. Klaus's golden eyes blazed with anger as his punches grew more brutal, while Bonnie's magic killed those who dared to stand against them, ripping their hearts from their bodies as if they were nothing. The union of Luna and Sol had taken full control, moving as one destructive force.
Rebekah and Elijah lay wounded nearby, their faces etched with shock and confusion. Even they were taken aback by the overwhelming power of Bonnie and Klaus, who had fully succumbed to the ancient forces flowing through them.
Bonnie—or Sol, as she was now—moved through the room. Her gaze fell on Rafael, locked in combat with Sophie. With a simple motion, she froze him in place, lifting him off the ground. Her glowing green eyes shifted to Rebekah, silently asking what she wished to be done with him.
Josh burst into the room, breathless from battling Klaus's enemies alongside some of the hybrids outside. His eyes immediately widened in shock as he took in the scene: Bonnie, or rather Sol, stood in the center with her eyes glowing an eerie green. She was radiating an overwhelming energy that shook the room. His confusion deepened as he glanced at Rebekah, but the moment his gaze fell on the bite wound on her shoulder, his expression shifted to horror. The wound wasn't healing. Both Rebekah and Elijah were feverish, drenched in sweat, their bodies weak and trembling. They looked terrible—on the brink of death.
Rebekah's hoarse voice broke the tense silence. "Josh... I need you to do it." Her throat was dry, the words barely making it out. "I managed to delve into his mind when we were... intimate. He's the one who murdered Aiden."
Josh frowned in confusion but once Rebekah's gaze went to Rafael, he knew what she meant. Josh turned toward Rafael, his face dark with anger. "Aiden was innocent. He didn't deserve to die!" he spat.
Rafael's eyes narrowed, but they softened when they landed on Rebekah. His gaze widened in shock as he spotted the bite wound on her shoulder.
"He... he bit you?!" Rafael stammered, disbelief in his voice.
Rebekah met his eyes. "Go to hell."
Before Rafael could react, Josh shoved his hand through Rafael's chest. "This is for Aiden... and for Rebekah," Josh growled.
Rafael gasped, blood spilling from his mouth as he struggled for breath. In one quick motion, Josh ripped his heart out. Rafael's lifeless body collapsed to the ground.
Elijah, pale and fading fast, reached for the dagger in his pocket with trembling hands. "Give it... to her," he rasped, looking at Lucy, who had been holding his hand, her face streaked with tears. Lucy stopped crying and looked at him. "Bonnie... give it to her."
Lucy took the dagger. She walked towards Bonnie/Sol. "This is the dagger. I need you to kill him!" she cried, her voice shaking.
Without a word Bonnie/Sol took the dagger. She approached Klaus/Luna, who was still punching Lucien in his face. He held him up against the wall. Klaus/Luna lifted a wooden pole and shoved it into Lucien's gut. Lucien's scream of agony echoed through the room.
