Harry was overjoyed as he scrubbed the inside of the microwave. Dudley had tried to make boiled eggs. Dudley forget he was making boiled eggs now the inside of the microwave stunk. Harry thought back to what his uncle had said.

"When you're done cleaning Dudley's room you fix that mess in the microwave, and you may go with those freaks in that car of theirs." Vernon turned and walked away before he stopped
"I will not have any nonsense with my hearth" He snarled looking at Harry with daggers. Harry tried to tell him about floo powder, but his uncle hated magic he said he wouldn't ever allow it in his home after the Dobby incident which Harry is still blamed for.

Harry was overjoyed a couple of nights ago Ron sent him a letter with Sirius's tiny owl he invited him and Hermione to the Quidditch World Cup with him and his family. To say that Harry was excited is a stark understatement. He got to see his best friends and pretty much his second family and he got to watch a World Cup game?
Harry often to Vernon's dismay bond with Dudley over Football Harry was put to a treat as he watched the 1996 US World Cup Final. Harry quite liked Italy but the Brazilians played with such grace that it was hard to ignore them his uncle would rave about the Brazilians, his favorite player being Ronaldo Nazario or R9 as he called him, and Dudley loved a younger player named Ronaldinho. Quite a lot of Ronaldo's to Harry's liking Harry loved the Brazilian number 10 Kaka and also took a fancy to the Italians center back Maldini but in the end the Brazilians won 3-2 due to an amazing freekick that fullback Roberto Carlos scored. Harry remembered it quite well as the ball disobeyed physics like it was magically charged it first looked as if it was going straight over the net, but it curled inwards perfectly into the top corner. Weird as it is, it was the first time his uncle hugged him was after the freekick was scored. He didn't realize he was hugging Harry until he awkwardly gave Harry a pat on the back before sitting back down.

Harry awoke groggily it was late the last couple of nights have been sweet, no nightmares about his parents and no visions from Voldemort. Fred and George's treatment worked out quite well and it helped him get a long even better with the pair.
Ron snorted loudly rudely taking away Harry's train of thought, though he only got here last afternoon Ron hadn't even thought to really pay attention to him. It hurt but he was quite used to being ignored, though the women in the Weasley house could not seem to leave him alone. For starters Ginny would not stop getting close to him Harry almost missed when Ginny would run away scared whenever she saw him.

Whilst Mrs Weasley force fed him food whenever she layer her eyes on his skinny frame. Harry thought of the hug he and Hermione shared, she threw her arms around him as soon as him and Mr Weasley arrived, Ron snorted
"Geez Hermione let him breathe" Harry didn't notice her blush at Ron's comment she looked away while Harry was awestruck on the fact of how good her hair smelt, a little minty and Harry was satisfied to the fact that he grew a bit over the summer his eyes nestled neatly at the top of her head. Harry stood up and opened the door intending to use the restroom as he heard voices.

"Did you see the bruise on his waist, Jesus Arthur it looked like he got hit by the Hogwarts express." A worried woman argued

"Honey I know but what can we do? Dumbledore left him there knowing they were like that we can't change his mind." A man replied steadfast in his own belief.

Harry's throat caught.
"How many people knew about the Dursley's" Harry murmured looking down at his side where Harry fell off the chair he was standing on to clean the dust off the ceiling fan straight onto the edge of the hard counter after Dudley shoved him out of the way to get to the freezer.

"Arthur they are starving him" Molly barked
"Every time he comes to this house over the summer, he is skin and bone" Mrs. Weasley continued as Harry moved down the stairs closer to the conversation.
