Hermione huffed spitting hair out of her mouth. Her mouth tasted bad. She moved to push her hair out of her eyes. She couldn't move her arms. Had she gone cripple in the middle of the night? She used her mouth to blow hair out of her eyes. Just to look down and see the top of the raven-haired boy's head. She shifted lightly sliding herself upward so the top of her back lay on the armrest of the coach.

"miney shtup muvn." Harry whispered his breath tickled her stomach where he was face down into her belly button. She giggled which caused another groan from Harry, she forced herself to be silent taking a deep breath. She shifted only her upper body and reached for a book. Goshawks Guide to Herbology She flipped the book and read the back. There was a quote on the top.

"I could not be prouder that this simple school textbook is now being used in schools for magic all over the world, and has been translated into seventy-two languages, including Gobbledegook and Mermish." -Miranda Goshawk.

Hermione huffed at the first name the same as her mother's, she hated this author almost as much as she disliked Herbology itself, but the author was undoubtedly annoying. She was bland and vomited textbook ideas that she herself didn't come up with. She stole ideas and much like Lockhart did not quote or mention any of the people she took the ideas from. She would try to pretend that she came up with it. Most annoyingly whenever someone would ask questions about how or why she stole the ideas from others she would just play dumb pretending that she didn't know. She set the book down gingerly avoiding waking up Harry and reached for another. Transfiguration? No too exciting, hmm Arithmancy? No Hermione did not fancy the boring task of comparing numbers to magical constructs.

"Oooh" She exclaimed excitedly reaching for a book she hasn't read before she ran her hand across the binding and read the title. A Study of Recent Developments in Magical History she read the book before this one Important Modern Magical Discoveries she quite liked it though it was ancient published in 1943 this one much more recently in 1989. The older one was from the Weasley library, Ron had helped her pick it out she smiled at the memory.

"Hermione are you sure about this one? We do have... Less boring books like this one!" Ron pulled a newer book out of the shelf excitedly it had a few cartoonish emblems on the front.

"My mum read this one to me last ye- I mean when I was younger." Ron's cheeks flashed red for a second. Hermione noticed but didn't comment infatuated with the deep leather book in her hands. The title glowed and shifted like a wizarding book it was weird getting used to but after what she went through with Harry and Ron anything weird was welcomed Hermione was in love with being a witch.

"No Ron I like this one." She responded smiling at him and turned to sit down on the couch. Ginny scooted over to make space for her and smiled brightly.

"When is Harry coming over?" Ginny asked with a piece of her mother's pastry in her hand.

"I told you to stop asking for him." Ron frowned before continuing.
"I'm sure he just forgot about us and found someone better to hang out with over this summer. Why else wouldn't he owl us back?" Ron proved a good point. When Harry left them at the Hogwarts Express, he promised to write them with that beautiful owl Headwig Hermione wished she had an owl like that but her parents didn't see it necessary. Her parents were quite distant towards her at the start of summer which hurt a lot but with Ron's invitation to spend the last few weeks of summer with him and Harry at the Burrow she accepted graciously.

"I'm sure something came up." Hermione scoffed defending the boy that saved her from death by Mountain Troll.

"Yeah, He promised to come, didn't he?" Ginny sided with Hermione. The back door of the Weasley home swung open and an older red haired boy stuck his head in. George or Fred stepped in broom in hand. Hermione couldn't tell the difference to be honest they both spoke the same and obviously looked the same.
