Edwards pov:
To my surprise my Sweet Angel only needed about fifteen minutes before she completely relaxed with all of us in the living room. She even giggled at some of her newlyfound siblings Stories. It's honestly shocking yet incredible to watch Jane and Alec interact with her so lovingly. The sheer joy whenever they got her attention on themselves or get her to giggle their whole Face lights up in utter adoration. Marcus the absolutely proud father that he is, also watches their interaction with nothing but love. He also trys to include himself in their stories so he also can talk some more with our mate.
To be honest, i feared that this might overwhelm my precious Angel, all those new People around her, especially since she also only met us as well. Therefore i think my fear was understandable even more so with her upbringing, but i am more than relieved that my Darling has been staying so calm and cheerful.
This wonderful moment however gets interrupted by Charlies car that just stoppt in front of our home. Guess it's time to say our till laters to our Sweet little mate. My Darling boy also seems to sadden at this realisation. Not wanting him to pull back again, i swiftly pull him right against my side. Wanting him to know that even if our sweet Angel has to leave with her Dad for the night, he still has all his other mates around him. His shuddering exhale makes me Smile at him softly, before leaning over and kissing his lips lovingly. Not at all caring that everyone can see us, making sure he feels validated in his feelings is way more important then upholding my Bad Ass reputation.
„Jasy? Can i get one more hug before my dad picks me up?" our Angels soft Voice asks. Like always fully in touch with Jaspers feelings it seems. And of course he right away pulls her into a tight and loving hug. His soft purrs make me Smile even wider as my Angel simply nuzzles her head even closer against his neck. The both of them looking so completely at peace, that my heart breaks a little with the knowledge that they sadly cant stay like that for as long as they truly would love to.
Just then we hear the knocking on the door, to which carlisle quickly excuses himself. We all can hear as he greets our mates father like an old Friend and right away invites him in.
The second they close the door, Marcus sits up straight in sheer Shock. His thoughts jumping from one thing to another in unbelievable relief that he finally found his mate. His missing piece. Now it suddenly makes so much more Sense that he found a daughter in our mate! So whereas everyone Else Watches him with curiosity and even uncertanty, i simple smile. Happy that he after all those years finally found his mate. He After all deserves it!
„Mate." he whispers softly as his eyes for the very First time fall onto Charlie, who is completely oblivious that his life is going to change completely from now on.
He simply walks towards Jasper who slightly stiffens at his straight approach. Of course our Angel immediatly handled his worry by simply pecking his lips, before she stands up to hug her Dad lovingly.
„Missed you Dad." she mumbles against his chest as he kisses her forehead tenderly. The utter relief to have her finally back in his arms is so obvious to see, that i don't even need my gift to know it with certainty.
„So did i baby girl." he replies just as quietly. Once again leaning foreward to kiss her forehead lovingly.
„I hope you had fun staying with your Friends?" he asks her hopeful. Yet i can hear his worried thoughts clearly, that he should not of let her stay with near strangers for such a long time. Even more so since she has had such a scare yesterday at school.
„I did. They are really nice and we even cooked together which was real fun!" my Angel happily tells him as he slowly relaxes at hearing the honest joy in her words.
„That's good to know mia. Why don't you go and say good bye to everyone while i talk with Carlisle for a minute?" he asks her softly. Apparently he wants to once again thank Carlisle for allowing her to stay with us for such a long time, as well as ask him how much he needs to pay him for the food his daughter ate. In his eyes it's the least he needs to do, since he cant even put in words how much it actually means to him that we have kept his baby girl safe and happy while he sadly had to work. So while the two of them left, with Marcus right behind them, our sweet girl started to say her good byes to all of us and hugged each and everyone once again.
„Thank You for letting me stay with you." she softly thanks esme as she simple chuckles at her silly thanks before peppering her Face with kisses, which right away makes my Angel giggle happily as we all watch in adoration at how absolutely Perfect she indeed is!
The last one she needs to say bye to was once again Jasper. His eyes already shining with tears, not at all ready to let her leave him, yet he however knows he has to.
„Its ok Jasy, we will see each other at school tomorrow morning again. And if you want, we can even call or text before i go to sleep?" she tells him with a smile of encoragement. The sheer amount of dedication and care she puts into it is really heartwarming.
„But first you need to promise me to right away call when you feel sad or antsy ok?" she sternly states and holds out her pinky for him to promise which he right away does with a soft smile much to her joy.
„You ready Baby Girl?" Charlie asks her softly, his eyes shine with something that can only be descript as awh strucked. His mind a jumbled mess of carlisle natural reply of loving to have Mia around our home whenever, as well as how he shouldn't be silly for even thinking that he needs to pay for anything for her.
He also is more than stunned by the impression Marcus has made on him. It confuses him absolutely how he can have all those feelings for a stranger, that on top of everything is a male too. Yet he doesn't seem to care about that tidbit too much, since the fact that Marcus has offered to help him with any legal matters that might concern my mate overshadows the fear of becoming gay. Before they leave, he even once again turns around to study Marcus one more time, only to turn bright red as he sees him already watching him with affectionate eyes. His heart skipped a Beat before beating quicker than before, still he made sure to also thank us all again, as well as says his good bye before leaving with my sweet Angel right by his side.
