Jane's pov:
I still stand rooted in the middle of the road while waving like an idiot after the retrieving car. Honestly feeling absolutely blessed that my little sister trusts me enough to not only ask me to talk with Jasper, her Mate, for her, but even further hug me! My little baby sister hugged me. My whole body feeling ready to explode at how utterly happy i am right now.
That's also when two strong arms curl around my body.
„Are you alright mon amour?" Felix asks me softly. His worried tone quickly makes me look right at him, never liking to hear my mates being worried, even less if they are worried about me for no reason.
„She hugged me." i whisper at him. Still more than a little in shock and excited about that fact. My mates face instantly relaxes as he smiles lovingly at me.
„I know mon amour. And i am really happy for You, your Brother and father, that you were able to spend time with your sister and hopefully soon becoming Dad." he says while softly brushing a strand of hair behind my ear. My belly right away fills with a bunch of butterflies at his open show of affection.
„How about we run back to the Cullens House now? That way you can tell Jasper what my bambina asked you too." our papa asks us. His still wide smile plastered on his face, surely highly excited that he finally found his true mate along with another daughter.
„Papa is right, you should tell Jasper as quick as possible. Not that Mia is calling him before you have the chance to talk to him." my Brother adds. To which i quickly agree to, knowing he is right, like most of the times to be honest. So with a still wide smile on my lips, we all hurry back to our friends house. Giddy to uphold the promise i made to my baby sister. When we arrived back at their place, they were sitting in their loungeroom with a very out of it Jasper in the middle. Guess they did spend their time alone pleasuring sweet and timid Jasper. When i made a step too close for their liking, they all growl at me while trying to shield Jasper even further from our sight. Their treatment towards me, however obviously didn't please my mates nor my Brother and Papa, which shows by their own growls in return. Well, seems as if i once again have to be the adult in this Situation and stop this nonsens, before we waste even more time.
„Jasper? Mia asked me to remind you that she will be calling you as soon as she is in her room." i softly say and see Jaspers head right away turn towards me. His smile nearly blinding by how excited he actually is, simply from hearing that his Mate once again wanted to make sure he knows that she cares for him, even if she currently isn't by his side.
The whole growling from everyone around us also stops instantly.
„You talked to my shorty?" Emmet asks me excited to hear some more from their newly found mate.
„We did. We decided to also walk into the diner her and her Dad were eating in. What we surely weren't expecting from them thought, was that they asked us to join them, which we obviously did quit happily." my brother tells them with a proud smile that they indeed offered us a seat on their table. Alone to think for how long we actually were able to spend time with my sister and Dad, makes me beam all over again in utter joy.
„I thought they said they were going home?" esme asked surprised. Her eyes, along with all the others go automaticly to Alice, not sure why she hasn't told them about their changed plans.
„What? I had no idea either." she says with a humph. Surely Not liking to be put on the spot like that. Knowing her, she already trys to figure out herself why she had no idea of the changed plans, even more so since she normally would get visions about People or things she concentrates on. Which surely includes my little sister.
„Alice is right, we already told you guys how she got thrown out of a vision on the day we met her." Edward is quick to come to her aid as the rest of their mates along with us nod our heads in realisation that they indeed told us about their theorie of their mate being immune to their gifts. Well, apart from Jasper which honestly is a relief, since it indeed is good to know, that he can easily help her calm down or even get her out of a panic attack. Not that even one of us within this house would allow anyone or anything to frighten her enough to get her into a panic. Its just reassuring to know, that with Jasper, we always have a good way of making her feel Safe and loved no matter the circumstance.
„I think we should try to get to the bottom of this in the near future. It after all could get dangerous for my bambina." Papa Said thoughtfully, as my breath hitches right away in worry for my sister.
„Its ok mia bella. We all are going to protect your sister, no need to worry yourself." Demetri whispers softly into my ear. His Arms already curled around my body to reassure me even further. Physical touch always was the quickest way of calming me down, which my mates obviously know. His soft touch along with his reasuring whispers and the feeling of having my other mate and brother so close by, slowly helps me to see the truth within his words. No one will ever dare hurt, or even come near my baby sister with malicious intention ever again! Not with the whole Volturi and Cullen Clan protecting her. We might not be able to kill this stupid Isabella Chick Right in the open, but People do go missing. No one would ever find out or know that we took her and repaid the treatment she put my sister through.
„Believe me Jane, i have no Problem with your idea. But i am afraid our mate wouldn't feel comfortable with this. Maybe after we tell her about our species, then we can explain to her how we deal with things like that." Edward explains with something that looks like regret. Guess it's only understandable that he himself would love to avenge his mate.
„If Isabella however isn't stopping with her hurtful and downright malicious behavior towards my daughter, we will most certainly intervene without holding back." Papa States matter of factly. To my slight surprise, everyone right away agrees to it. Normally the Cullens always try to stop everyone from hurtig or killing humans, but it seems they wont do that for their mates tormentor. Something i highly appreciate.
„Trust me, we all will help with punishing that poor excuse of a human being. Her AND her mother." carlisle adds with venom in every word.
The tense atmosphere suddenly gets cut through, when Jaspers phone starts to ring. His excited squeel lets us all know right away, that my baby sister is the one calling him. Just like she indeed promised to do.
