The INFJ Women

INFJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging) is the rarest personality type. Women with this personality type are introverted and intuitive thinkers. However, they experience an extraverted feeling and sensing. They embody a combination of idealism and practicality. Although INFJs may appear extroverted at first glance due to their humanitarian traits, they are truly introverts at heart and are selective with interpersonal relationships, only forming deeper lasting connections with a few who are accepting of their complexities. Some may refer to them as "popular loners." INFJ women tend to have a strong discernment/great pattern recognition that helps them detect lies, hidden dark motives, negative energy, and toxic people easily. Claircognizance is probably one of their strongest psychic abilities. INFJs are highly empathic and can quickly become overstimulated or drained, causing them to shut down quite frequently or have an avoidant attachment style. They need enough time in solitude to truly rejuvenate. INFJ women are very creative and usually have strong communication or writing skills, which they often use as a cathartic release. They thrive in inspirational and healing professions that can heavily involve activism/feminism, spiritual leadership, holistic practices, and/or anything psychology related. Also, their observant, curious nature, analytical mind, and passion for Social Justice could make them great detectives, lawyers, scientists, authors, or astrologers. They are fascinated with learning about how the biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors heavily influence a human's perception, thoughts, or reactions to the world. INFJ women tend to feel very misunderstood and/or eccentric by many so they put much effort into developing a better understanding of those who they care deeply about to prevent them from experiencing the same form of rejection. They'll make sure to memorize everything that they possibly can about you, even the smallest things are important for them to know. It is like a love language in a way. Their minds are stimulated by philosophical and intellectual conversations. These types of conversations help them feel more heard, understood, and connected to their partner or friend. They're more likely to be sapiosexual and/or demisexual. They crave deep meaningful connections and sometimes that level of intensity can drive superficial people away or leave them feeling discontent with those who fail to meet their high standards. They love deeply. They're sincere and value your honesty and loyalty. Not only do they struggle with perfectionism, but they can also be very critical of others at times. Many INFJ women are actually neurodivergent and have struggled with severe anxiety or depression at some point. INFJ women are usually very self aware and knowledgeable in many topics, especially darker ones which can be quite overwhelming as it worsens their alienated feeling. They also tend to subconsciously build up a lot of resentment towards people who've failed to reciprocate their same level of compassion within the connections. Although they try to be very understanding and helpful to everyone, they'll eventually experience the harsh realization that most won't or simply aren't capable of doing the same for them. Oftentimes, these women become even more skeptical and guarded after repeatedly experiencing some kind of betrayal in both romantic and platonic relationships. They can develop unhealthy defense mechanisms that isolate them even more, the longer they avoid vulnerability. INFJ women can have strong Aquarius, Scorpio, Virgo, Cancer, Libra, and Pisces placements in their birth natal chart.
