It Started with a Small Favor

Training Part 2

Y/N POV

 

“Wait!” I heard through the headphones before I was able to open the door. I gave a quizzical look towards the window, but going back and putting the headphones back on.

“Yes?” I ask, trying to squint through window. I can see three shadowed figures standing behind the sitting Pdogg, Zico, and Woozi. Woozi had a thoughtful look while Zico looked slightly impressed.

“Could you pick one of your favorite rap songs?” Pdogg asked and I nodded.

“Just a warning, there are going to be quite a few inappropriate swear words,” I warned, smirking. “Play, Godzilla by Eminem featuring JuiceWRLD.”

I take a deep breath and roll my shoulders, getting ready for Eminem's quick flow. The opening beats of the song comes and I start to rap. I bob along to the flow as a way to keep me on as I spit the words out.

As the song comes to an end, I take a few deep breaths. I smile and put the headset back on the microphone before successfully leaving the booth this time.

The new guests in the room surprised me. I saw Bang PD along with two people I knew very well. It was Jay Park and Gray from AOMG. I was surprised to see them here in HYBE. Woozi and Zico made sense since they are under the same umbrella now, but AOMG was independent.

“Great job, Y/N!” Bang PD said with a smile. Our relationship was friendly, but I hadn't had much time to get to know him. BTS calls him hyung and HitmanBang and things like that.

However, after I started dating the members, Bang made it a point to talk with me if our schedules allowed. We talked about the members and he told me more about what happened while I was kidnapped. It actually hit me how much my boyfriends cared for me, even before we started to date. I was thankful for the new point of view.

“You are being too nice, Bang PD-nim,” I said shyly, blushing a little before looking at both Jay Park and Gray. “Hello there, Jay Park-nim, Gray PD.”

The two men looked surprised to my recognizing them. I was a fan of both of them, both in their music and their ambitions.

“I don't think we have the pleasure?” Jay Park said, looking at me then to Bang PD and the rest of the others in the room.

“This is Y/N, she is currently here as a trainee,” Bang PD told them. I bowed in greeting to them.

“I didn't know you were taking foreign trainees here in Korea,” Jay Park said as he returned the bow with Gray.

“Well, I'm a university student here as a Intern Trainee,” I explained running my fingers through the ends of my hair.

“Oh,” Jay paused or a moment before looking at Gray, they seemed to be having a conversation with their eyes. “Have you ever thought about becoming an idol?”

I shook my head. “No, I've never thought about doing that. I'm just enjoying my time as an intern, getting a chance of a lifetime.”

Jay Park looked at me with a fierce look before giving me his trademark smile. “Well, if you do change your mind, you are welcome to join AOMG.”

Bang PD scoffed shaking his head. “If she does decide to become an idol, I had hopes she'd join BigHit.” I looked at both of them in surprise.

“Okay, you all need to come back to Earth,” I joke trying to change the subject. “By the way, if you don't mind me asking, why are you two here?” I asked at Jay Park and Gray.

“Oh, we had a meeting together about possible future collabs with the BTS Rap Line,” Bang PD told me. I think his willingness to tell me shocked everyone in the room. This isn't information that is mentioned outside of meetings until confirmed usually.
