The Spatial Goddess (Thor X OC)

Chapter 20

This is the start of Thor the Dark World.

Nova's P. O. V:

I was sitting in my livening room on my couch with a cup of nearly empty tea when I hear something crashing to the ground outside.

I have on a short sleeved white dress with different coloured butterflies in it and a blue cardigan.

I get up from the couch and go to the door. Opening it, I see my handsome demigod boyfriend outside.

"Thor!!" I exclaim happily as I run out the house and throw my arms around him in a fierce hug. "It's been so long! I've missed you."

He hugs me back as he says, "I've missed you, too, Nova."

We pull back and I study him. Thor's blonde hair is longer, touching his shoulders, and I think he's gotten taller. "Your hair's gotten longer." I reach out to touch and he smiles. "What are you doing here?"

"I told my parents about you after we took Anaheim back recently," He says. "They went to meet you. Especially my mother."

I stiffen at the thought. "You want me to meet your parents, the queen and king of Asgard?" Thor nods his head. My heart starts pounding. I've always wanted to see the mystical palace of Asgard. "When do we leave?"

"Right now," Says Thor.

"One sec!" I say before I race inside. I grab my phone to send a message to Katie about looking after the horses, before I put my cup in the sink then grab my blue headphones and head back out to Thor. "I'm ready!"

He smiles and my face heats up considerably as he grabs my waist and tugs me against him. "Heimdall, we're ready!" Thor calls to the heavens. We're hit with a rainbow beam of light and sucked up to the sky.

In moments, we appear through a portal and land in a gold room with stars and planets on the ceiling.

"Welcome to Asgard," Says a tall man with dark skin wearing gold armor, a huge sword in the pedestal beside him.

"You must be Heimdall! I've read about you growing up," I say as my green eyes were wide with amazement. He chuckles.

"It is an honour to meet you."

"Shall we?" Thor asks, and I nod my head, fighting back nerves. Thor swings his hammer before raising it and were sent flying forward, the wind blowing back my long hair.

We soon touch down in front of the palace doors and Thor leads me through them. We come across four people I recognise from the Destroyer incident.

"Ah, my friends! You remember Nova from the Destroyer incident?" Thor says.

"We do," Says Frandral, grinning. "It's lovely to see you again."

"Likewise," I reply before I look to Sif. She and I stare at each other for a moment, before we grin and hug one another. "It's good to see you, Sif!"

"You too, Nova! What are you doing here?" She asks, pulling back.

"Thor has brought me to meet his parents, since we're officially dating, and all," I reply.

"I see."

"So Nova will be staying for a few days," Says Thor. "We should get going."

I nod and say goodbye to Sif and The Warriors' Three before I follow Thor to the throne room.

We enter to find an old man with a gold eyepatch over his left eye sitting on the throne and a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes standing next to him.

I feel my mouth go dry as Thor says, smiling, gesturing between us, "Mother, father, this is Nova, the woman from Midgard I told you about. My girlfriend."

The man speaks up first. "So you're the one Thor spoke highly of."

"Your Majesties," I say as I do my best to bow. I straighten up.

"It's wonderful to meet you, dear," Says Queen Frigga as she approaches me and hugs me. I return it. We pull back a second later and she studies me. "Ever since he met you, Thor hasn't stopped talking about you. That's why my husband and I requested to meet you."

"He's talked about me that much?" I ask with a blush. I glance at Thor who smiles. "I can't imagine what he might've said."

Frigga tells me, "Come, let us change you into something more Asgardian."

I cast Thor a glance as the queen leads me out of the throne room.
