"Did you not put wolfsbane in that IV?" Jensen screamed at his Gamma, fear evident in his voice.

"I did the exact dosage you told me to give her," the Gamma shouted back, frustration lacing his tone.

"Enough!" Zara shouted, pressing her aura down on all three of them, which forced them all down to their knees. "You all have severely underestimated me. You have no idea who you're dealing with. So you're all three going to sit down and shut up. I will be asking the questions, and you will be answering them. Got it?"

"You can't do this!" Alpha Jensen roared at her.

"Oh, that's where you're wrong Alpha. You want to take me hostage and dose me with wolfsbane and whatever else, and you think that's okay?" Zara glared at him, her eyes flashing. She was done with him and his bullshit. Completely done. "Now, tell me, Alpha Jensen, exactly what you think I overheard," she Commanded. "And no one in this room is to mind link anyone outside of this room or each other."

He scowled at her, but he had no choice but to obey her and there was a small part of her that relished in making the arrogant asshole submit to her. "Our discussion regarding our business we run to bring in extra income for the pack."

She stared at him. Whatever that business was, they didn't want her to know about it. Enough that they'd taken her prisoner. "And what sort of business is that?"

His scowl grew even bigger, and she could practically feel the anger and fear radiating off of him. "Trafficking."

Her eyebrows flew up. "What kind of trafficking, Alpha Jensen?"

He closed his eyes. "Human."

Zara clenched her jaw. Of all the sins they could commit..she wanted to rip into them all. "And who all in involved and knows about it?"

"The pack leadership," he said, though his response was rather vague.

Zara sighed softly. "And what about your children?"

"Yes," he gritted out.

Zara felt her heart clench. "Caelan?"

"She runs it," he told her.

That was the last thing Zara wanted to hear. Knox wasn't going to be happy, but there was nothing she could do about it. His mate would be executed. There were no exceptions. Even for the Royal family. Especially for the Royal family. "Alpha, where is the Alpha Prince?"

Jensen's head snapped up to look at her. "Who?"

"Knox. Caleb Remington's son."

His mouth dropped open in horror. "He's a Remington?" He almost choked on the words.

Zara stared at him, fury running through her. "Maybe you should learn to not ignore people. Everyone is someone important. No one is beneath you, Alpha."

"I had no idea," he muttered with another scowl. "You never said!"

"You never asked either," Zara pointed out.

He growled at her and Zara rolled her eyes at him.

"He came with me from Regal Eclipse. That automatically puts him above you in rank. And you know that! You still ignored him. Were you even going to let your daughter mate him?" Zara asked him.

He looked disgusted. "No. She is to mate Robert."

She rolled her eyes at him. "Not anymore. You all are guilty by your own admission of human trafficking. The sentence for that is death. You know that Alpha."

"It was my idea. Can't you spare the rest of them?"

That question surprised her. She didn't expect him to try to take the blame. "No. You know I can't."
