Hey guys! My names Zara and this is my Avengers Imagines book. All the characters belong to Marvel and I only borrow them and think of scenarios to put them in, almost none of it is canon. I also don't own you, of course. Anyway, have fun reading this book!

Normally it was Natasha or Wanda who were tasked with the troublesome job of grocery shopping, but today was an exception. Natasha had been called out on a surprise mission with Clint three days before and Vision had insisted that Wanda have the day off so that they could spend more time together.

The blossoming relationship between the android and the enhanced girl had taken the team by surprise, but pretty quickly they were all placing bets on when Vision would ask Wanda out on a date.

Sure enough, just a week after they had all placed their bets, Vision had come to Steve, with questions about how he would go about even approaching a relationship with her.

He had quickly deduced that Steve was not the person to go to for advice on women, and set off to find Peitro.

But nonetheless Steve felt happy that Vision trusted him more than the rest of the Avengers, so when Wanda had explained to Vision that she had grocery duty today and would not have time to go out on a date with him, and Vision had almost looked sad, Steve had insisted that she take the day off, and that he would do the grocery shopping instead.

And here he was, at 3pm on a Sunday, pushing an oversized trolley filled to the brim with food around the almost empty supermarket.

Steve let his piercing blue eyes travel down the page, taking in the scrawled mess that was Tony's handwriting, Bruce's sleek, clean print, and Thor's unusually big letters (he somehow managed to write in a way that made it feel like he was there shouting the words to you as you read them, nobody had yet figured out how).

His eyes stopped over Natasha's mini list, and an image of the redheaded assassin flashed through his head; her red, curly hair that bounced at her shoulders, her small, curved frame and her perfect-

Steve blinked a few times and shook his head, he should feel disgraced, daydreaming about a fellow teammate like that.

He read thorough her list again, pushing any stray pictures of her from his mind. Natasha had recently become an ice-cream addict, so Steve was not the slightest bit surprised when he saw the words "BEN AND JERRY'S CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM" in large capital letters and circled in a bright red pen.

Steve chuckled and set off to the frozen section, maneuvering the trolley through the maze of isles and shelves. He grabbed two tubs of ice-cream (just to be safe), and was about to go and pay when something caught his eye.

Turning around slowly, Steve blinked a couple of times before leaning a little closer and gently picking up a box that sat next to the ice-cream.

Capsicles.

Steve examined the box closely before beginning to chuckle lightly, he was stupid to think that no one had thought of this over the 70 odd years he had been in the ice.

He knew the relentless teasing that would ensure if Tony found these, so Steve did what any one in his position would have done. He bought a box.

You know, just to test them out.

When Steve finally arrived home half an hour later, he made sure the box of Capsicles was far from Tony's sight at the back of the mini fridge on his floor, before going back to unpack the rest of the grocery's.
