"She is doing well." Viserys remarked. "She takes charge. You see it."

"I do. Im... impressed with your sister." Lyonel agreed. He knew as well as everyone else that Davina was headstrong and unhinged but she had a good moral compass.

"She didnt know how to hold Rhaenyra when she was born and now she is mothering children mine and those of her own. Taking in orphans. Gods she hated kids... now look at her. Im so proud of her." Viserys declared.

Alicent had never seen Davina so happy as she cleaned up flee bottom. Criston had never seen Davina on more of a rampage as she made the realms cleaner.

Aemond got to see his mother in her prime. Killing the bad guys. Ridding the scum. Aegon saw Davina in a whole new light. They all knew Davina could fight. All knew she was a warrior but this was a whole new level.

When they got back the kids couldnt stop jabbering about how awesome it was. How awesome the thrill was. They were fucking heroes of flee bottom.

Alicent was horrified though when they came back speckled in blood and dirt. But the smiles on their faces said they were fine.

"Dont worry Ali. Its not my blood."

"I wish I came with you!" Rhaenyra declared.

"You should have," Davina glanced to Criston. "And also, I didnt bring the children, they snuck off. " Alicent looked to Aegon a big smile on his face.

"THAT WAS WICKED!"

"AEGON!" Alicent shouted.

It seemed like things were going better. Slowly flee bottom was breathable again. Slowly the scum were removed the rats not literal rats Davina liked animals but the people. The monsters. They were eliminated. What davina wished she did when she was a child with all the damn spiders. These people were spiders and they were davinas mission. Eliminate the enemy.

Davina loved feeling so useful again like she was really helping her home. She was in a great mood when she got to her chambers and even better when she saw flowers.

Rhaenyra was admiring a Bouquet of flowers touching gently at their petals when Davina came in.

"A secret admirer should I be jealous?" Davina pondered.

"Well they are for you so should I be jealous?" she countered. Davina chuckled.

"Not unless they are from your husband." Davina teased.  "What is the occasion?'' davina questioned

"They are not from me." Rhaenyra corrected. "I wouldnt be buying you flowers."

"Good point."  she moved to the bouquet. "Pretty, very pretty and... Toss them. Burn them." Davina remarked as she read the scroll.

"What? You just said they were pretty they are, they're so pretty we don't have to keep them in here we could bring them in-" but davina cut her off.

"Roses are red violets are blue I miss you come visit me soon." Davina read off.

"Daemon?" Rhaenyra realized, wishing he had sent those to her and quickly shaking the idea from her mind.

"Roses are dead violets are too no amount of flowers could bring me back to him." Davina declared.

"Auntie Dav are you doing the roses loves me loves me not!" Helaena questioned.

"He loves me I hate him, I really hate him." Davina agreed as she massacred the rose, petals littered the floor. Helaena gasped. "Will you excuse me." she headed off feeling vicious and lacking of love.

When morning came she knew it was time. Time for dragons.

"Come on time to get up." Davina remarked. Criston took her hand guiding it under the blankets.

"Im up," criston assured. She gave him a quick kiss and tight squeeze.

"Come on today is the big day. We are getting aemond a dragon." Davina remarked

"Yeah? Is that today?"

"Its his name day in two days and what better a gift, now move your sexy ass if you want to come with us." Davina agreed

"Im up im Up." criston agreed as he stood up

"Good now put some pants on. I don't like how alicent looks at you. Or rhaenyra but that's a different look than alicent." Davina realized.

"You know you could-"

"Tell people? You want to retire your white cloaks for me?" Davina purred.

"You would be worth it." Criston agreed and davina wrapped her arms around his shoulder leaning her hips into him.

'Im not good with commitment." Davina offered simply. "And I like us how we are."

"But?"

"No but. Im not good at commitment." Davina corrected.  Criston looked like a beat puppy with his sad face and dropped eyes. "Hey," davina cooed lifting his face to her. "Criston I like you a lot. I really do. I really do. Im just being realistic. This works between us because-"

"Its casual". Criston offered.

"I like you a lot." Davina assured

"And I love you." Criston countered and davinas breath hitched in her chest. "I should go".

"Criston-" davina reached for him.

"No no... im... its fine now we know". Criston assured. "I... I would leave but in your guard so..."

"Criston-"

"But you are flying today and don't need me for that-"

"You're not coming?" Davina whispered

"No. You don't need me."

Davina opened her mouth wordlessly as he finished dressing and headed out tipping his head to her once he was at the door.

"Hey Barnes... wheres Criston?" Davina questioned as she pulled her door open.

"Oh hello princess... well that pussy wasn't feeling well." Ser Barnes offered. "Probably getting some good sleep. Back in the morning and ready to guard your gorgeous body."

"Right, thanks... well... goodnight." Davina offered.

"Night princess." Barnes answered as she closed her door.

Davina paced her room poured a drink before grumbling into her pillow.

"Barnes." Davina remarked.

"Princess." He answered.

"Criston still not feeling well? I didn't see him at all today." Davina informed him casually.

"I havent seen him either." Barnes admitted. "Maybe he got beat in training. Got beat good and didn't want you to see his ugly mug messed up." Barnes offered.

"Thanks for your commentary Barnes, always a delight." Davina offered as she headed to bed.
