(Stevens POV)

I had just gotten home from my job, and right when I opened the door I was greeted with my adopted son Jasper.

He's only lived here a good solid month, and seemed to be getting used to my apartment, and the look on his face when I walked through only made me more proud of being a first time father.

He gently rushed towards me, and wrapped his arms around me. It brought a smile on my usual stern and cold face, "I missed you" he spoke softly, yes it didn't sound like he cared that I came home but I was told when adopting jasper that he suffers from really bad mental health problem's that cause him to barely feel emotions.

"I missed you too buddy" I say picking him up. Jasper while barely showing emotions, it was clear it made him frustrated that he couldn't feel anything. But I figured out that he can keep his mind off of his problem by doodling on sheets of paper, and so when he gets home from school he can just doodle.

"Hey dad?" I heard him say, his voice emotionless as normal. "Yes son?" I respond setting him down on the ground, "Teu helped me draw this" he said pulling out a drawing of a pretty detailed drawing of a sledge hammer.

"Hm, Quite detailed" I say nodding in approval. Teu, or 'Teutates' was a character Jasper created in his sketch book. He had depicted his emotionless self into the character, and made him be a sort of protector in his consciousness that soon grew into an alter ego of Jaspers.

An ego that most of the time gets me a call home from school, telling me that my son hit another kid. Which I'm reality I've learned is Teu's self defense against the other kids that bully Jasper for being different, and of his chipped teeth, and braces..

"Why exactly did you two draw a Sledgehammer?" I asked, Jasper or I suppose Teutates answered with his usual slow and low voice, "Because that is the tool used to annihilate" I sigh, "You weren't teaching Jasper how to kill someone right?" I asked looking at Teu, Teu looked at me back and with a sign of thought answered, "No, I was only showing how to draw it"..
