The next episode opens with tension as Damien vents his frustration over Caleb's sudden disappearance. "Guys, this is so ridiculous. I knew we should've never come back here!" he says, his voice filled with anger and fear. He gestures toward the direction Caleb had last been seen. "We just lost Caleb, and for what?"

"Don't worry, bro. We'll find him," Wayne says with his usual smile, trying to ease the situation.

Damien doesn't share his optimism. "We came here to look for survivors, right?" he asks, his tone sharp. Everyone nods, except for Chef, who's still out front, calling for Caleb, his voice growing more desperate by the second.

Damien continues, his voice rising, "Well, if we don't find anyone alive, and we don't find Caleb, then why are we even here? We could’ve just killed Caleb for no real reason!"

Julia, trying to stay calm, speaks up. "We know MK's alive."

Damien's frustration finally boils over. "Is MK really worth losing Caleb? MK?! Listen, Julia, I’m not willing to sacrifice Caleb for someone who—newsflash—you’re probably not going to be able to save!"

The words hang in the air, heavy with the truth. Damien’s anger is cutting, but Julia doesn’t back down. He presses further, his voice harsh. "What’s with you anyway? It’s always MK this, MK that. Do you even think about anything other than MK? It’s been a year, Julia. Get over it."

Julia’s voice is barely audible, but the pain is clear. "I can’t..."

Damien's eyes narrow, his frustration mixed with confusion. "Why, Julia? Why can’t you realize MK is past saving?"

"Because I love her!" Julia snaps back, her voice breaking as she finally lets it out. "I’m sorry for never being able to get over MK. I’m sorry that I’m the only one who never gave up on her. There, Damien! Since you just had to know. I’m sorry I have fucking emotions, just like everyone else. I’m sorry I love MK."

Confessional - Bowie:
"I don't know why everyone has this shocked look on their face, it was sooo obvious."

The group falls into stunned silence. Julia's words hit hard, and the argument comes to a sudden halt. Chef has stopped calling for Caleb, his head lowered as he listens to the tension in the group. The weight of Julia’s confession lingers in the air, but there’s no time to process it.

The woods around them, eerily quiet just moments ago, now seem to close in. Chef turns toward the group, his face grim. The trees, dark and dense, loom nearby. He knows they should be keeping their voices down—this island has eyes and ears. But it’s too late.

Someone has already heard them.
