alison pov

"ali babe. wake up. we're staying at a motel overnight." emily said.

i woke up and groaned, "how far are we?"

"we left at 9am and it's 2am right now so...17 hours. we have another 7." i groaned and got out of the car, clutching my pillow pet.

"why didn't we just fly?" i whined.

"because hanna can't stand the turbulence." spencer said, glaring at hanna.

"shut up spencer. you can't use words against me that i don't understand." she said and we walked into the motel.

"okay, kids in the two connecting rooms and each adult group gets their own room." veronica said and they all went to rooms.

emily opened the door with her key and i walked in and collapsed on one of the beds.

emily chuckled and got into bed with me.

"goodnight beautiful."

i smiled, "mmm. goodnight my love." i said and fell asleep.

i woke up to a very bumpy road.

i opened my eyes and saw emily looking out the window.

i smiled because my head was on her lap.

she looked so focused.

i took her hand gently.

"hey. you okay?" i whispered.

she turned to me and smiled.

"yeah. just thinking."

i sat up and looked at her parents in the front seat.

they were talking and the music was on.

"thinking about what?" i asked.

she sighed, "the future...college."

i looked at her weirdly, "why? what's going on emily?"

she sighed and shrugged, "what if we aren't together? what if we go to different colleges and we meet other people?" she said, terrified and sad.

i smiled lightly and brushed a strand of hair behind her ear.

i kissed her softly and when i pulled away she had her eyes closed.

"no matter what happens emily you will always be the love of my life. i love you okay? and no matter what the future brings us, we will always find our way back to eachother. i promise okay? i will never forget you or our love as long as i live." i said.

she opened her eyes and looked into mine.

"i don't want to lose you...us."

i smiled and kissed her on the lips softly, "and you won't have to emmy. i love you so so much and i can't promise what the future will be like but i will always wait for you emily fields. always. no matter how long i will promise to have you as my first, and last love."

she smiled and kissed me passionately.

"we're finally here!" pam said and smiled.

we pulled away and smiled.

"let's go em! come on!" i said happily and took her hand.

we jumped out of the car and i gasped, "wow this place is..beautiful." i said, marveled.

"look at all of the snow!" i said and smiled.

emily put her arm around my waist as we looked at our vacation house.
