Moving On

   The days ran by fast and I tried to spend every minute with family before it was time to leave.
..And then the time arrived
  One Saturday dawn, Morgan and I packed our bags and we said our last goodbyes to mom and Ciara before taking off for the airport .
  It took us about 45 minutes to get there. Mom drove us there and within an hour after our arrival, the plane took off. I could barely keep my eyes open half of the flight and Morgan had my hand in his as we leaned in our seats.
" You're no more interested in getting naughty?" I teased him when I turned to see his eyes closed .

" If you're down, I'm down" he said with a little smirk . He didn't open his eyes . I chuckled and looked out the window. Morgan really wasn't okay .I could tell. As to why he wasn't, I didn't know. He did mention the problems he was having with his new competition but he didnt want to elaborate .
I am sure there was more to his gloominess than what he was letting on and as to what it was , i really couldnt tell.

   The door to our apartment finally opened and revealed a grinning Selen . We had been waiting a few minutes outside because we knocked and didn't get a response . It was already evening when we got to Florida .

" Welcome " She paved way for I and Morgan while Brad helped with the luggage and I couldnt help but narrow my eyes mischievously.

"I think I can see the cause for delay" I teased ,looking between them both
Brad rubbed his head shyly after my statement and I couldn't help but admire how innocent he looked.

" Sky, are you coming in or not " Selen said as she ushered us in while giving me a side eye.
I took over from Brad and wheeled i and Morgan's luggage inside because I presumed he would be staying over .

  I made myself comfortable in bed once i got to my room. I heard footsteps and smiled when I looked up to see Morgan .

" Hey"  .

"Yes baby. You good ?"

" Yeah" He sat next to me
He sounded unconvincing but I didn't push it .

" Why don't you go freshen up ? I'll be here "

" Yeah I wouldn't be staying over. "

" You wont be staying over" I repeated, surprised .

" Yeah. I know it's late but I'll just go back "

I got quiet and Morgan got closer.
" Hey. I'll call you when I get home "

" Is this because of work?"

" I believe im just exhausted.I'll text you when I get home "

I nodded and pointed at my cheek and he chuckled, getting the hint.  I tilted  my cheek towards him and he leaned in to kiss me .
" Text me" I said and got up to escort him out . When we waited for the ride we  booked, I used the extra time to persuade Morgan to stay but apparently , i was making his mood more worse than better so I let it go.
The cab finally arrived and we made our way outside .I stood by as I watched the driver put Morgan's luggage inside the booth. I kissed him goodbye and right after he got in the cab and left , my phone started to vibrate.
I pulled it out of my pocket and i was surprised to see Allen's name across my phone screen.
