Taehyung steps into the room where Namjoon and Hoseok are sitting, his presence commanding quiet attention. His sharp eyes catch sight of Jimin, who is busy preparing for the upcoming ritual, arranging sacred objects and drawing symbols of protection around Namjoon's unconscious body. The air feels thick with anticipation, and Taehyung's expression hardens as the weight of the task ahead sinks in.

Jimin, sensing Taehyung's presence, quickly calls out to him, his voice steady but urgent.

"Tae, we need to perform those rituals now. We have to enter the cursed spirit's realm and free Namjoon's soul before it causes any harm to him. He's in grave danger there."

Taehyung nods, his jaw clenched. His mind is already working through the preparations needed. "Yes, okay. I will prepare everything."

As he starts gathering the necessary items, his gaze drifts toward Yoongi and Hoseok, who have been anxiously waiting by Namjoon's side. Their eyes are filled with worry, not just for Namjoon, but for Jin as well. Without waiting for them to ask, Taehyung gives them a brief but comforting update.

"Jin has regained consciousness. He's out of danger now."

Hoseok's face relaxes slightly, though the concern doesn't leave his eyes completely. He places a hand over his heart, relieved by the news. "That's great news. Thank you, Taehyung, for saving my Omega brother," he says softly, his gratitude genuine.

Taehyung shakes his head gently. "There's no need to thank me. What I did was my duty."

Meanwhile, Namjoon is laid down within the protective circle, his body still and surrounded by the energy of the ritual. Jimin moves carefully as he ties a thin, sacred thread around Namjoon's hands, preparing to connect him to the spirit world, to form a bridge between their realm and the one Namjoon is trapped in. Taehyung watches closely, his brow furrowing as a thought gnaws at him.

"Jimin," Taehyung says, his voice lowering with concern, "are you sure you can go alone into the spirit world? That cursed spirit will be at its strongest there, in its own realm. Can you really fight it alone?"

Jimin looks up from his task and gives Taehyung a confident, reassuring smile. "Don't worry, Tae. I have the sword my mother gave me. It's strong enough to protect me, and besides," he adds, with a meaningful look, "you're here to help me, right?"

Taehyung nods, but his worry lingers. "Yes, but... you, by yourself over there..."

Before Taehyung can finish, another voice interrupts. Jungkook steps forward, his expression firm and determined. "I will go with Jimin to the spirit world. We'll bring my hyung back together."

Taehyung's eyes narrow slightly at Jungkook's sudden interjection, and a tense silence falls between them. Jimin looks at Jungkook, concern flickering across his face. "Are you really ready to take on such a great risk?" Jimin asks, his voice steady but probing.

Jungkook's expression tightens. He glances briefly at Taehyung, his gaze hardening. "This is my Kim family," Jungkook says, a trace of anger in his voice, "and I can't let anyone cast an evil eye on any member of my family."

Taehyung instantly understands what Jungkook means by "family." The unspoken accusation hangs in the air like a storm cloud, and Taehyung's lips curl slightly in disdain. As he ties the protective thread onto Jungkook's wrist, his movements are sharp, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Your Kim family, where you suddenly realized everyone's life was in danger. But you didn't think about the one person who's going to be your life partner, did you?"
