The room begins to blur, the dark mansion fading away as the doorway to the real world opens. Light spills through the cracks, and with a final glance at his parents, Jungkook is pulled through the gateway. As they step into the light, the cursed realm disappears, and they find themselves back in the real world.

Namjoon stirs, a soft groan escaping his lips as he slowly regains consciousness. His eyes flutter open, and he sits up, blinking in confusion before the memories rush back to him. He's safe now, back with his family.

Relief floods the room, but Jungkook doesn't share in it. He remains where he is, his head hanging low, his body shaking with quiet sobs. The weight of seeing his mother again, of saying goodbye, is too much to bear. He buries his face in his hands, overwhelmed by the grief that has long haunted him.

Jimin kneels beside him, his hand gently resting on Jungkook's shoulder. "Jungkook Sir," he whispers, his voice soft and comforting, "it's okay. You did everything you could."

But Jungkook can't stop crying, the loss of his mother cutting him deeper than ever before. Just then, the door bursts open, and Taehyung, Yoongi, Seo, and Hoseok rush into the room. They freeze for a moment, their eyes widening as they see Namjoon awake, safe. A joyful cry escapes Hoseok's lips as he rushes forward, wrapping Namjoon in a tight, tearful embrace.

"Namjoon!" Hoseok sobs, holding his husband close, his relief palpable. "I thought I'd lost you!"

Namjoon holds him back just as tightly, his own tears falling as he whispers, "I'm here, Hobi. I'm here."

Across the room, Seo notices Jungkook sitting apart from the others, still crying. Her heart aches for him, and without hesitation, she goes to him, kneeling beside him and wrapping her arms around him. She pulls him close, gently rocking him as he cries into her shoulder.

"It's okay, Kookie," she whispers, her voice filled with sisterly warmth. "You did it."

After dinner, the house grew quiet as everyone retired to their rooms for the night. But Jungkook remained in the backyard, standing alone under the vast sky. The cool breeze ruffled his hair as he gazed up at the stars, his thoughts heavy and his heart still raw from the emotional reunion with his mother. The moon bathed the yard in a soft glow, but nothing seemed to soothe the ache inside him.

Jimin, passing by, noticed Jungkook standing there, a lone figure silhouetted against the night sky. Concern flashed across his face, and he hesitated for a moment before stepping closer. As he approached, he could feel something was weighing on Jungkook's mind.

"Are you okay, Sir?" Jimin asked softly, his voice filled with genuine concern. "What's wrong? Why are you standing out here like this?"

Jungkook didn't respond immediately. Instead, he turned towards Jimin, his eyes filled with a deep, unspoken emotion. Without warning, he stepped forward and enveloped Jimin in a tight embrace.

"Huh...!" Jimin gasped in surprise, his heart suddenly racing in his chest. The warmth of Jungkook's body, the firmness of his arms around him-it all made Jimin feel something he had never felt before.

Jungkook held him as though he would never let go. His voice cracked as he spoke, the tears in his eyes reflecting the moonlight. "How can I ever thank you for reuniting me with my mother? Thank you so much for that," he whispered, his voice trembling with emotion.

Jimin was too stunned to speak. His heart beat wildly in his chest, and as Jungkook pulled away and walked off into the night, Jimin stood frozen, trying to process what had just happened. His hand instinctively moved to his chest, resting over his heart, which was still thudding in confusion and... something else.
