While Jungkook and Jin faced their own tension in the study room, Jimin found himself back in his room, sitting on the edge of the bed, staring blankly at the wall. The events of the previous night played on a loop in his mind. He couldn't shake the memory of Jungkook's embrace-the way he had held him so tightly, so protectively, as if nothing else in the world mattered.

Jimin's cheeks flushed as he recalled the warmth of Jungkook's arms around him, but along with the warmth came a sudden wave of confusion and fear. His thoughts were interrupted by a flood of memories of his mother.

Mrs. Park's voice echoed in his mind:

"Son, God has blessed you with the power to fight every evil and cursed spirit with this sword, so use it for good. You are an Omega Boy who cannot become a shaman, so from now on, you must live and speak as an Omega Girl to become a High Shaman."

Jimin remembered the day his mother had explained this to him, her voice stern but filled with love. He had been so young then, so eager to fulfill the promise he made to her.

Younger Jimin's voice echoed:

"Mother, but will people not accept me as an Omega boy?"

Mrs. Park's reply came gently but firmly:

"No, dear. From now on, you will have to live like Omega girls. You will carry their burden, their path. It's the only way to become a shaman."

Tears pricked the corners of Jimin's eyes as he remembered how, in that moment, he had promised his mother to leave behind any thoughts of being an Omega boy. To survive, to thrive as a shaman, he had to shed those feelings and adopt a new identity.

But her warning still haunted him:

"And listen, Jimin-after becoming a shaman, do not fall in love with or marry any Alpha. If you do, the curse of our ancestors will fall upon you, just as it did upon me. You will be doomed to kill your Alpha, as I killed your father."

The memory of her words sent a shiver down his spine. His heart clenched as he thought of Jungkook. How could he be feeling these emotions now, after all this time? He had promised to never love an Alpha-to never let those feelings take root in his heart. And yet, ever since Jungkook had hugged him that night, something had changed.

Jimin pressed the heels of his hands to his eyes, trying to stop the tears that threatened to spill over.

"No!" he whispered harshly to himself. "I won't let it happen. I don't have any feelings for Jungkook!"

But deep inside, Jimin knew he was lying to himself. He couldn't deny the flower of love that had begun to bloom in his heart for Jungkook. The realization hit him like a wave, overwhelming and terrifying.

Why did it have to be him?

Tears began to spill from his eyes as he rushed to the bathroom, turning the faucet on to splash cold water on his face. He gripped the sink, staring at his reflection in the mirror, his face pale and streaked with emotion.

"I won't... I won't let it happen. I can't..." Jimin whispered through gritted teeth, his heart aching as he fought to suppress his feelings.

But the truth was undeniable: no matter how much he tried to deny it, he couldn't stop thinking about Jungkook. And the harder he tried to push those feelings away, the stronger they seemed to grow.
