4. Worries

As Lexi told me that Sasha had a girl, I wanted to see her and see if anyone is her mate. What if she is mine.....

"Jaden....Earth to Jaden, what were you thinking about." Ryan said looking at me while smirking, knowing what about.

None of us have found our mate yet, it's a new generation of wolves shifting. It could take years to find your mate. Your mate could even be in the next generation. It is stressful thinking that.

"Ryan, come on then, we can visit chief and Grand and tell them about the patrol," I tell Ryan.

I then looked at Lexi, my sister, and said, "Lexi, I'll see you later, and tell you how things are."

"Bye Jaden, don't forget dinner."Lexi said to me, and only me. She didn't even look at Ryan.

Ryan and I jumped into the old pick up truck and rode over to Sasha's house. When we got there, Ryan was still sitting in the truck, I looked at him and asked what was up with him.

"Jaden, I'm afraid I'll hurt her, and I need to talk to you about something still." Ryan started talking normal at first then got quieter as he went.

"What do you want to talk about man? If you want to talk about it in private, we can talk later," I tell my best friend.

I notice that he did want to get something off his chest, but he said later.

I went inside to see the little girl. Wondering what her name is.
