chapter 13:the move.

Leah and vivienne decided to skip school to move leah in today.
"Vivienne will your closet be enough for both of you?"Vivienne's mother asked through the phone
"It's a walk-in mom, I think it will do"
"Still..I want leah to be comfortable"
"i am sure it will be fine .Mrs. boyle"
"i have an idea! How about you move your things to my closet"
"Really?"
"Yeah.its big enough and I wouldn't be back for a year and but the time I come back you would be an adult"
"That's so nice of you! Thank you so much"
"You are  my daughter now. It's no problem.when will the  truck arrive?"she asked
"in a few minutes time"
"Okay.call me when you settle in"
"Okay mom thanks " vivienne answered before endig the call.
"Where Is ashton?"leah asked
"At school " vivienne playfully rolled her eyes at leah.tgey heard the truck pull up and ran outside to go meet the movers.
     It took over an hour to bring every box of clothes and a few furniture's she couldn't live without in.
"Leah you have a lot of jewelries and clothes " vivienne said looking at the boxes on her mom's bed
"They each have a story " leah walked to the bed " like this one..."she picked up a silver diamond necklace with a butterfly in the middle."my dad was supposed to take me out camping...just the two of us but he bailed last minute so he sent his assistant over.like a piece of jewelery could just fix everything"
"And this. .."vivienne picked up a full set with pink stones all around, it looked like the most expensive in the set.
"Ohh this is my favourite....he couldn't make it to my mom's funeral, so he sent this to Lea-ann and i , a month later Lea-ann walked out of the house and she never came back..which is where this came in " she opened a velvet box that showed a silver necklace with a swan like pendant , it had diamond encrusted at the top but the middle had a blue precious stone "with it he wrote a note saying' it's just you and me now bunny " she flinched " he lied " she faked a smile " anyways I just want to settle in , you can go downstairs and make some snacks ,i like arranging my clothes on my own, that way I know where everything is "
"Alright. What would you like"
"Suprise me " leah winked and vivienne walked out of the room laughing.
  Vivienne was in the kitchen making brownies for them when Ashton walked in.
"You stayed longer"
"Yeah.i had to tutor someone"
"Tutor? Huh " vivienne wiggled her eyebrows with a huge grin.
"What are you doing?"ashton raised his eyebrows at her with a straight face
"Nothing"she answered
"Where is leah. She was moving in today right? "
"Yeah ...but she couldn't make it"
Ashton stopped halfway in getting the bowl of fruits " Why? "
"She is moving to China " she said
"What?!"he asked clenching his fist
"It was an impromptu decision. .."
"Okay I am done!!"leah skipped down the stairs happily she had on yoga pants and a loose top and she had her hair in a messy bun " what's wrong?"she asked them both when she saw how angry Ashton looked and how tense vivienne was
"Nothing" he threw a grape at vivienne " I'll be in my room " he held leah's hands and walked up the stairs with her
"No way in hell buddy.she is mine today " vivienne rushed to the stairs and grabbed her arm "let go viv " Ashton said he dragged harder
"No" she dragged
"Ow" leah complained " you are hurting me "she said and immediately he let go of her hand which gave vivienne an opportunity to drag her away and back to the kitchen
"Fine then! I'll just sit right here and creep you both out " Ashton sat down on the seat he just exited from
"Okay " vivienne said . He kept staring at leah all through , whatever she did his eyes followed her movement and she was blushing really hard.
"I think my phone is ringing! "Vivienne exclaimed running up the stairs hoping it was brad.ashton walked over to leah with a huge grin on his face
"It's not brad is it? "She asked
"Nope " he said still smiling.she turned back to her brownie mix.
"Stop staring " she blushed harder
"You look really beautiful " he said
"Yeah right " she said.he held her shoulders and turned her towards him
"Let's go on that date tonight " he said
"Really?"
"Yeah " he answered
"Okay"she said.he put his finger under her chin and lifted her head up to his lips
"Get a room " vivienne said coming down the stairs looking disappointed
"Your words not mine " Ashton picked leah up bridal style and took her up the stairs.
