chapter 22 : Leah...

News of her pregnancy had gone all around school and she was the special talk of the school but not all of the talk was bad and she didn't care she was graduating in some weeks time anyways
"God I hate this school" she muttered under her breath when her super pregnancy nose had detected foul smelling things in the hallway
"Let me help you with that " brad took her bag from her
"Thanks " she smiled up at him
"Oh I hear congratulations are in order"
"What?"she looked up at him
"You got into UCLA "
"Oh yeah....I don't know if am going yet..If you've not noticed yet am about to pop"
"You are like 3 months away"
"Doesn't feel like it "she sighed reaching her locker and putting in the combination
"What do you mean you aren't going though?"
"I don't know....ash is coming back today so I am going to go suprise him at the airport and we'll decide how to do this thing " she open her locker
"Well goodluck" brad put her bags in
"Thanks" she smiled up at him before he went off .
"Are to sure you should go?"vivienne asked her worried lyrics. She sat on the bed and watched leah get dressed to go meet ashton
"I'll be fine...I am taking a cab " she rolled her eyes at her, putting on her lipstick
"Fine " vivienne finally said
"Alright I'm off......"she picked up her bag "I ordered a crib and it's supposed to arrive today but you know how these things are...they lie ,but I still have my fingers crossed for today so I can show ashton when he comes..so if it comes sign for me okay sweetie? "
"Alright "
"Thanks...I love you" she walked down the stairs then out the door. She always hated waiting around in the airport the roads were always so busy and she hated being the only one without any particular place to go . After waiting for about an hour ashton rushed out of the airport she smiled at him but he didn't notice her and he was flagging down a cab
"Ashton..."she called with a smile noticing the red roses he had in his hands " ashton...."she called again as he was entering the cab. she couldn't wait anymore she had to cross to get to him "ash...."she waved at him running across the road ,he finally noticed her and stopped . He stared at his beautiful girlfriend ad she ran to him ,her stomach was a lot bigger now, she looked incredibly beautiful with her hair flowing in the wind, her skin glowing and with the radiant smile on her face. His eyes were still on her when he saw it happen. ..a car sped across the road and ran her down right before his eyes "noooooo!!!!" He yelled throwing the flowers away and the petals scattered around the floor. He ran to where she lay lifeless ,scared the her touch her body. He had seen the way she somersaulted and hit the ground he didn't need a doctor to tell him her fall was bad
"Oh my God! !" He closed his eyes and sobbed remembering the look on her face when the first impact of the car came. He picked up his phone to dial 911 but his hands kept shaking
"I'll dial them..is she a family member?" the female stranger asked
" she is my fiancé....that's my baby...oh my god my baby" he sobbed kneeling next to her body .blood had already started spreading out through her hair from her head " No no no ...hang in there ..please "he pleaded strocking her bruised and bloodied face. The ambulance came few minutes later and rushed them both to the hospital , he was so confused and shoked on what to do, they gave him forms to fill but his head wasn't even right at all so he called in vivienne to come handle it .vivienne ran into the hospital with brad's over sized slippers. She was in his house when she got ashton's call and she immediately hoped in the car for brad to drive her. She even forgot her bra . She didn't know why ashton gave her the paperwork to fill she was just as much scatter Brain as he was so instead brad helped them both fill the paper. A doctor walked through the glass doors and she didn't think anything of it until ashton jerked to his feet and that was when she realized he was the doctor in charge and she got on her feet too to interrogate him
"Where is her family ?"
"We are her family " ashton said
"I mean her real family "
"What's that supposed to mean?"ashton moved closer to him angry "we are all she's got ..that's my baby in her and she is my family..they both are ..so you better start telling me what's up with them.." his genius brain was begininning to get all calculating and he realized the doctor shouldn't even be out yet " talk !" He gripped his coat " you shouldn't be finished with surgery yet!!!" A tear fell from his eyes
"Her injuries were fatal even for a normal person...it became worse with the fact that she was pregnant. ..the odds were starked against her "
"...no " vivienne Staggered
"What are you saying?"ashton asked not wanting to believe it yet
"She is dead .....her body was fighting for two and it wasn't strong enough..." the doctor confirmed ".....I am so sorry for your loss"
"No!!!" Vivienne yelled again brad wrapped his hands around her
"Leah " Aston gasped falling back oh the chair.
