I decide to ignore Gally's and me argument and go talk to Alby about the... serum? I don't know what it is buy it's worth a shot.
I find Alby in the med-hut sitting on a chair a few meters away from Rory, clint and Jeff going back and forth trying to.. Un-pass out her? I dont know.
"Hey albs how's she doing?"
He rolls his eyes at his nickname and it makes me grin.
"Not looking so good I'm afraid she might.."
"Don't. Say it and you'll be next."
He puts his hands up in a mocking surrender and he begins to eye the serum in the hand.
"What's that eh?"
"Me and Gally found in the one of the crates from the box when me and Rory came up, I think its a.. Cure"
I hesitate at the last word and he just blankly stares at me, "hey albs a bit of advice, if someone best friend is dying and they find what they think is a cure be a little more supportive mk?" I say gesturing with my a fingers a little amount with my index and thumb.
"My bad my bad, so you gonna give it to her?"
"No I'mma gonna let her die, obviously!"
I roll my eyes, god I hate boys except Minho.
I make my way over to Rory and gently grab her arm, turning it so her forearm is facing me, I steady the needle and inject the blue liquid.
He eyes flutter open and she let's out a blood-curdiling scream that pierces my ears,
"AHHHH we're gonna get killed by the flare!" she Hypoventilates.
"Flare-what? Just calm down jeez"
I say brining my hands down from my ears.
"Ok forget being a runner you could be a singer."
"Haha thanks.. Where's Newt?"
"Wow ok so I save your life and you want to see Newt-"
"No I didn't mean it like that-"
"No you already said it."
I roll my eyes and scoff, glaring at her as she mumbles on about how she didn't mean it and she's sorry,
"You know Gally was right, you never should have been saved."
Her eyes flood with tears and she begins to sob and she runs out the room leaving me and Alby alone.
"Dramatic much." I groan
"Vivian-"
"Albs shut it."
"Since when do you become the leader?"
"I could be a better one than you."
I leave the med-hut,storming out looking for Minho.
I guess I can only trust him now.. And what does she mean by flare..?
