I was still paralyzed, unable to speak as I stared at her. Her aura was different, a mixture of desperation and charm, as she pleaded with me. Kaya ba nahulog ang kakambal ko sa kanya, she's a sweet talker.

"Please, say something sweetheart." she urged, her voice laced with desperation.

"Dmit- Vod, how would you make up for me then?" my tongue almost slipped.

"I'll show you." She smirked, her eyes gleaming with a dangerous light.

"Okay?"

She licked her lips before she spoke, "You didn't change at all, you're still the apple of my eye. You're still the love of my life, you don't know how much I've longed for you, how much I've yearned for you. I always think of you while I was in prison, you're like a broken record that keeps on playing in my mind."

Hoy, anong kabaklaan yan. Grabe naman pala itong bumitaw ng mga matatamis na salita. Bagay talaga niya ang Linguistics, mala-poetic magsalita. Pinaglihi ata ito kina William Shakespeare, Franz Kafka, at Edgar Allan Poe.

Maybe you're confused as to why we're classmates pero hindi siya aware so full name ko. It's because in the classroom setting, we only call each other by our surnames for formality. Besides wala pa naman siya when I introduced myself. So dalawa kami ni Luna na Ms. Bituin sa classroom.

"May I ask something?" Tumango naman siya, "How come that you're already in college if you just got out of prison?"

"I was given the privilege to continue studying while I was kept in jail."

I watched how her face moves while she's talking, well like I said the first time I saw her that she's undeniably gorgeous.

"I see." I said, my mind piecing together the puzzle.  That explains why she was continually nurtured with academic knowledge inside the prison.

Irregular student din kasi siya, there are times na classmate ko siya sa ibang subjects.

"So you chose Linguistics as your course?"

"Hmm, not primarily. I'm indecisive at major times. The books in the prison were mostly about the branches of Linguistics, it kinda piqued my interest so..." she trailed off, her eyes twinkling with a hint of mischief.

I nodded slowly.

Ako kasi, it's my top choice. I'm really curious about how language is formed and kung paano siya nagbigay ng impact and contributions in shaping the history.

I suddenly remembered her case. I still can't fathom how someone like her exists in this real world.

"You're spacing out, my darling." I felt her softly tighten her grip on my hands to grab my attention. "Is there a problem?"

I shook my head, "Wala naman, I'm just thinking about our task kay Sir Broque sa Morphology."

"Hmm, madali lang naman iyon. Sa Morphological Ambiguity right?"

"Yes, we have to present examples of words with multiple possible morphological analysis."

She nodded, "Right. We can explore the different interpretations and discuss how the context can help resolve ambiguity, isn't it? I remembered that the task was by-pair, do you want to be my pair?"

"Uhm, sure."

She smiled at me warmly, ibang-iba talaga sa aggressive na side niya which I find really creepy and dangerous. Baka mamaya biglang nagiging agresibo kapag hindi nasusunod ang gusto niya or pamamaraan niya.

"How have you been for those years, Twilight?" she asked, her voice laced with a hint of sadness.

May anak ka sa kakambal ko, ayun lang naman.

"I just focused on studying." I said, which was true. I had no time for other unnecessary things that would've just wasted my time.

Like some youths who go clubbing and use their parents money, spend here, spend there. I mean yeah, wala namang masama to have fun sometimes pero huwag namang gawing career.

"At some point, did you even think of me? Why didn't you visit me just for once, my love?"

"Of course I did think of you, I'm just finding the right time to visit you but then nakalaya ka na pala. I hope you've learned your lesson, why is it so easy for you to kill a person?"

Go, Aurora.

I saw her jaws clenched, "I did not kill him, just because I'm simply jealous. I overheard him talking to his friends, making rape-jokes about you. I cannot just stand there and listen to those disgusting remarks about my love. He deserved what I did."

I was shocked at what she said. She keeps on surprising me.

Dmitri insisted on inviting me for dinner after our dismissal, she even waited for me at the parking lot. Nakita naman nila Luna na nandun siya kaya hindi muna nila pinapunta si Dusk sa kotse namin.

I gave the car keys to Luna, at binulongan na ibigay iyon kay Dusk.

"Please be careful, don't turn off your GPS location," she whispered back.

Tahimik kaming dalawa sa kotse niya. Hindi ako makatingin sa kanya. I froze when she suddenly grabbed my left hand and intertwined our fingers, kaya isang kamay niya lang ang nasa manibela.

"Vod, kapag tayo maaksidente dito."

She chuckled, "What? Dati ko namang ginagawa ito noon, sometimes ikaw pa nga mismo ang kumukuha sa kamay ko."

Ikaw Dusk, napakalandi mo pala talaga noon.

"Are you thinking na nagkabalikan na tayo, just like that?"

"It's automatic, my love." She winked at me, I turned my head to the side para itago ang namumulang mukha ko.

I can't with this sweet talker, mukhang hindi ko kakayanin itong mission ko.

Saktong boses pa ni Britney Spears ang nasa radio, and yung Criminal na kanta niya. Kaya pinalitan ko agad, napatingin naman sa akin si Dmitri na parang natatawa.

It's the song of Julia Michaels, yung Heaven. Makakasira ata ako ng radio ngayon. Sumasabay pa talaga siya at pinapalitan ng 'girls' yung 'boys', then she keeps on smirking at me at nag wink pa!

If the situation was different, kung wala silang history ng kakambal ko, baka kanina pa ako tuluyang nahulog sa kanya. Too bad, she's the 'father' of my twin sister's daughter.

If ever Dusk had decided to fix their family, I can't be the reason to hinder it.

"We're finally here!"

Nasa restaurant kami na pagmamay-ari ng family ni Apollo, favorite resto namin ni Dusk cause they serve mouthwatering dishes. Maybe dito din pala sila nagde-date noon.

Nauna siyang lumabas at pinagbuksan ako, she even offered her hand, "My love?"

I took her hand as she helped me out of the car, the waiter greeted us. Nang nakaupo na kami, the waiter immediately asked for our orders.

I ordered the usual, well same lang naman kami ng favorite dish ni Dusk so I don't have to worry about that.

"My darling, I just want to say that I want us to start again, start with something new. You saw the worst version of myself, now let me show you the best version of myself." she said, her eyes sincere and hopeful.
