DAWN

Finally!

Graduate na ako.

I'm now in my seven months. I walked the stage with my babies in my belly. Well some have judgement in their eyes, of course, hindi naman talaga maiiwasan iyon.

Malaki talaga ang tiyan ko ngayon, dahil kambal ang dinadala ko.

Tita Selene had helped throughout my pregnancy, even Luna and the couple. They were really shocked about it, Jacinto even congratulated me dahil hindi na daw ako virgin.

About Dusk, it took me time to tell her. Nung Christmas ko nasabi sa kanya about my pregnancy. Well, she got mad and all, I already expected that. Lalo nung nalaman niyang so Dmitri din ang nakabuntis sa akin.

Nonetheless, nagpadala din siya ng mga ginamit niya noon from her pregnancy. She said that it's already done, wala na kaming magagawa pa. Nandito na, which is right.

They were happy and supportive of me, even if the situation is complicated.

In those months, wala na akong naging balita pa kay Dmitri. Even her parents, wala din. After Tita Selene had denied the proposal, hindi na daw bumalik si Tita Vanity.

Umuwi dito sa Pinas sina Dusk and Vaughn, for my graduation. Siya pa ang naunang nag-graduate sa amin, well iba nga naman ang patakaran and curriculum sa ibang bansa. She's now working on her license for Psychiatrist.

We were all happily gathered here at the mansion, everyone was here. Luna, her parents, Tita Selene, Dusk, little Vaughn, Jacinto, Apollo, and others.

I saw little Vaughn looking at my big belly, "Come, Vaughn, say hi to baby sister and brother."

Yes, a girl and a boy.

Lumapit naman siya sa akin, she gently rubbed my belly. "Little sister and little brother?"

I nodded and smiled at her, this baby is basically her half-siblings and cousins. The complexities of our family, the tangled web of relationships, it all felt so surreal.

I saw Dusk walking to us, she kissed my cheek and sat beside me. Binalik niya yung blonde hair niya. She gave me a smile, a genuine, heartfelt smile that warmed my soul.

"How are the babies?" She asked, her hand gently resting on my belly.

"Mabigat na sila," I sighed. "I'm scared of childbirth."

"Trust me, it will all be worth it after you hold your babies. The pain, the exhaust, all will be gone the moment you hold them in your arms, that's what I felt after I gave birth to my daughter." She stated.

And as I looked into her eyes, I felt a flicker of hope ignited within me.

A few weeks had passed, baka mamaya pwede na akong manganak.

Vaughn and I were playing with her toys dito sa living room. Then I saw Dusk holding her folders, nagmamadali siya. She went to kiss her daughter's head.

"Dawn, alis muna ako, I have to prepare the documents na requirements para doon sa license. Ikaw muna bahala Kay Vaughn."

Tumango naman ako agad, "Sige, take care."

Tumakbo naman siya palabas, "Bye!"

"Manang, pakibantayan muna si Vaughn, may gagawin lang ako sa kitchen." I asked the maid.

"Sige po, ma'am."

Nagdahan-dahan akong naglakad papunta sa kitchen, so bigat na ng babies ko. Masakit na rin yung likod ko.
