The preparations for the wedding were in full swing. Souei and Shuna moved quickly around the palace, checking on tasks and coordinating the efforts of the others. It had been a busy day, and everyone was hard at work to make sure everything was perfect. However, after some time, they realized that two very important people were nowhere to be found.

"Where could they be?" Souei wondered aloud, scanning the area for any sign of Hori and Miyamura.

Shuna, equally puzzled, nodded in agreement. "I haven't seen them in a while. They might just be taking a break, but we'll manage without them for now."

With a shared look, they both shrugged and decided not to worry too much. They knew how much pressure Hori and Miyamura had been under with the preparations, and if anyone deserved a quiet moment to themselves, it was those two.

Scene Shift: The Hidden Oasis

Far away from the bustling palace, Hori and Miyamura had escaped to a secluded open field between towering mountains, lush forests, and cascading waterfalls. The air was fresh and crisp, filled with the soothing sounds of nature. The field was blanketed in soft grass, dotted with vibrant wildflowers of every color. The towering trees swayed gently in the breeze, their branches casting dappled shadows across the ground. Not far from where they were, a waterfall tumbled down the mountain, its crystal-clear water flowing into a serene pool that shimmered like glass.

It was a place of pure peace-a hidden oasis that felt almost untouched by the world. The soft rush of the waterfall mixed with the gentle chirping of birds and the rustling leaves. It was the kind of place that felt timeless, a sanctuary where time seemed to slow down, allowing them to breathe and just be.

Beneath one of the largest trees, shaded by its sprawling branches, Miyamura lay with his head resting in Hori's lap, a relaxed smile on his face. Hori was gently running her fingers through his hair, her expression soft as she gazed down at him. She looked more at peace than she had in days, and Miyamura could feel the love and care in every touch.

"You're so cute when you're like this," Hori murmured, her voice tender. Her fingers trailed lightly through his hair, each stroke soothing.

Miyamura looked up at her with a playful grin. "Am I now? You're the cute one, though," he countered, reaching up to gently brush a strand of hair from her face.

Hori's cheeks flushed slightly at the compliment, but she smiled, her eyes shining. "You always say that, but I think we both know who's really the cute one here."

Miyamura chuckled softly, his hand dropping back to his side as he relaxed further into her lap. "Alright, I'll let you win this one." He closed his eyes, letting the sound of the nearby waterfall and Hori's soft humming lull him into a peaceful state. "It's so quiet here... I feel like we could stay forever."

Hori glanced around at the beautiful landscape, her heart swelling with happiness. "Yeah," she agreed softly, her voice almost a whisper. "It feels like this place is just for us."

The two of them remained quiet for a few moments, just enjoying the sound of nature around them. The world seemed to fall away, leaving only the two of them in this perfect, tranquil moment.

"I love this," Miyamura murmured after a while, his eyes still closed. "Just being with you... with no one else around. It's like we're the only two people in the world right now."

Hori smiled down at him, her fingers still gently stroking his hair. "I love it too," she whispered. "It's peaceful, and... I don't have to share you with anyone for a little while."

Miyamura opened one eye and gave her a teasing grin. "Oh? Getting a little possessive, are we?"

Hori laughed, but there was a hint of sincerity in her voice. "Maybe a little," she admitted. "But can you blame me? You're mine, after all."

"And I always will be," Miyamura replied softly, his tone more serious now. He reached up again, this time to take her hand in his. Their fingers intertwined, and he held her hand against his chest, feeling the warmth of her touch. "I still can't believe how lucky I am to have you."

Hori's heart melted at his words. She leaned down slightly, her face closer to his. "I'm the lucky one," she whispered, her breath warm against his skin.

Miyamura opened his eyes and gazed up at her, his expression soft and full of love. "We're both lucky," he said quietly, before pulling her down gently for a kiss.

The kiss was sweet and slow, filled with all the love and affection they felt for each other. When they finally pulled away, Hori's cheeks were flushed, and Miyamura had a blissful smile on his face.

As the afternoon wore on, they continued talking, their conversation light and full of teasing. They joked about the wedding preparations, about how Shion, Veldora, and the others would no doubt cause chaos, and how Milim and Ramiris would probably insist on making everything a hundred times more extravagant.

"I can already see Veldora trying to give a speech and accidentally blowing something up," Miyamura said with a laugh.

Hori giggled at the thought. "Or Milim trying to steal all the cake before anyone else can have any."

"Maybe we should prepare a backup cake just in case," Miyamura suggested, grinning.

"Good idea," Hori agreed, still laughing. "It's going to be a mess, isn't it?"

"A fun mess," Miyamura corrected. "But yeah, definitely a mess."

As the sun began to set, casting the sky in hues of pink and gold, Miyamura sat up, stretching his arms. "We should probably head back soon," he said, though his tone was reluctant.

Hori nodded, though she too seemed hesitant to leave. "Yeah, I guess we should. But... I don't want to." She pouted playfully, and Miyamura couldn't help but laugh.

"How about one more thing before we go?" Miyamura suggested, leaning closer to her.

Hori tilted her head curiously. "What do you-?"

Before she could finish, Miyamura gently cupped her face and kissed her again, this time more deeply. The world seemed to fade away once more as they shared that quiet, intimate moment beneath the tree, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and the waterfalls.

When they finally pulled apart, both of them were smiling, their hearts full.

"Okay," Hori said breathlessly, her cheeks pink. "Now we can go."

Hand in hand, they made their way back to the palace, the peacefulness of the hidden oasis still lingering in their hearts. The sun had dipped below the horizon by the time they arrived, but neither of them cared. They had spent the perfect day together, and that was all that mattered.
